This rental facility is awesome! It is the staff that makes it awesome not to mention they have very affordable rates compared to EVERY other storage facility in my area. I looked at 5 other retail chain storage places and almost all of them were double the price. Shout out to Cici, wonderful customer service and a great human being! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for affordable storage and friendly supportive staff. 5 stars!

This storage facility is very convenient and secure. The management and staff are fabulous, and helped me tremendously when the other storage facility I was using (Public Storage) raised my rent by $40 per month for no apparent reason. The fees at U-Store Self Storage are very reasonable, the units are clean, and the entire property is well maintained. I highly recommend using this facility if you need extra space to store things.

First thing I have been with this storage company for a while. I am happy with the office manager she is always willing to help you and she is trustworthy. I wouldn't go anywhere else the prices are great and it's nice and clean.

They have the most competitive prices around for storage units. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also there is someone onsite 24/7 which I really like. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a storage unit.

I can't write enough good things about this place and the owner, Cecilia. Cecilia and her staff are always friendly and very accommodating. The unit we had was plenty spacious at a great price. It was hard to leave as you become friends with the owner.

One of the rudest woman works there... Has no sense of customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would... stay away from this storage unit. You will not be treated right especially if you mention that they are over charging you... this woman literally hung up on me and now won't even take my calls... this place is not CHEAP.... they'll will give you a great price so you can get one of their storage units....but will start increasing your unit. I started paying $50 a month and have now increased it to $75.... best believe I'm taking my stuff and putting it else where

Cici the manager is by far the best thing about this storage facility. Good size units at an ok price but worth the money because they make you feel like your family and I've never had any problems with security at this facility like I've I've had at other facilities. I'm sad I am leaving

Friend has 2 units here. They're priced reasonably & work together, very hands on w/their customers. I also like the fact that there's access to electricity in each unit. That in itself, is a rarity. Also, the units are constructed in a way that you can build shelves inside. Thereby allowing for much more space in which to store your things. I myself, tried to get a unit here but unfortunately, there were no units available in the size that I needed. So, if they have size unit you're looking for available, I say go for it.

So I needed a storage locker. Cuz my 110 year old house has no storage. Back in the day you had 2 shirts a coat and 1 pr of pants so closet space was pretty much unnecessary and small at best. Fast fwd to 2014. So much crap I don't know what to do with it all.

I Yelped and called around to a bunch od local places. Some of the places I called on were 2X+ the price of U-Store and many had no vacancy or seemed like dicks. Should have called here first. Best prices around.

I hit the almost holy grail of self storage with U-Store.

What can I say, this was one of my best experiences with their service. Very friendly, cheaper prices than everyone else, and always willing to help you out.

Here's my experience: Moved my 1 bedroom into their storage, but they provided a truck and carriage for all my stuff for free!!! U-haul would have cost me an extra $60 or so. Also, had some friends that were there to help, and they provided ice cream and drove them to resrooms and what not. Pretty nice of them to do that. Finally, one of my sofa's didn't fit into the storage unit, so, they decided to move that to a bigger

I just relocated and needed a storage spot. Not only were they the cheapest in town, they help with transporting everything you need stored - for free. The company was just purchased by 4 brothers and have been doing renovations since.
They have helpers there to help you load and unload anything you are storing. Free forklift service.
My experience with them has been awesome. They even kept two workers after hours just to help us with our stuff. I highly recommend this company if you need a storage unit in Anaheim.

I've been with U-Store for a long time. It's a good facility with good prices. For the size of my storage unit, Public Storage wanted twice the price. Gated facilities with coded entry, and there are security cameras to keep your things safe. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.
