The manager/women that answered the phone today was very rude and actually hung up on me. I get not being allowed to discuss certain things is understandable to just say what you have to say and hang up on me when I am still talking is so unprofessional and rude and after reading the awful help reviews for this store I can see that it is a pattern. You would think they want someone polite and friendly to work there because it's better for business or at least take a hint from all the bad reviews. THERE'S ONE EMPLOYEE, who happens to be the manager's mom, INCREDIBLY RUDE AND RIGHTEOUS. She will BLAME YOU for things that you haven't done and will CLAIM it was on camera. Challenge her to view the camera and she's ALL HUSH because she knows SHE LIED. My father really enjoys this place moderately priced with sealed containers security seems tight my dad's never had any incidences and they've been accommodating when you're a little late on monthly payment

Nice staff. No frills storage unit facility. At least they give you a 5 day grace on payments. If you are looking for climate control this isn't the place for you.

Signed up on 5/3/17 and all seemed well. Then, on 5/22/17, we received a rate increase letter that informed us the monthly rent would be increasing $33 (15.35%). Unfortunately, price was the main reason we chose Lincoln Storage so this feels like bait and switch. In fairness, their rates are advertised as *subject to change; however switching rates on new customers so quickly is still a poor practice.

I set up autopay and I didn't have to worry about anything. I recently took my stuff out and everything was very dust but I guess that's what happens when things sit for a year. I would use this place again.

This place is very well managed and meticulously clean. The manager is polite but very strict... which is the way any self-storage place should be run. I feel at ease knowing that my stuff is safe here.

Most affordable place I've ever used. Not the most convenient hours but still the best price and friendliest staff I've ever worked with at a storage place. I recommend it.

Great prices, ultra-friendly staff and secure compound. I forgot to put my lock back once and they secured it with their lock and called me to let me know. Awesome place!
