I-5 Self Storage

I guess you get what you pay for. It's a cheap storage unit but for the price it's fair. Except the man "Brian" working there is VERY cranky, condescending and rude. There's no where to throw your trash away, not one single can. But the girl is always sweet and Craig is pretty kind as well.

Good place and friendly but they don't prorate if you terminate early which is a bit disappointing since other places do.

I've had property at their facility for 4-5 years. Now they have threatened me with a lien because they can't figure out how to bill my new credit card. It's ridiculous! Please use another facility.

This is how a business like this is supposed to work. Easy renting experience, super secure facility, convenient online payments, friendly and helpful staff.

We moved out of our apartment in January 2020, planning to move into my mother's for a few months and then buy our first home. Then COVID happened and a couple of months turned into a year. During this crazy time, I didn't worry once about our belongings (lots of our most used and loved kitchenware and small appliances, some of them wedding gifts we never got around to using in our cramped apartment), because of how secure this

The customer service is unparalleled compared to other self storage companies. The facility is kept at tip top shape and is always spotless. I have been a customer for about 5 years and will continue to use the amazing service.

Always "At Your Service!" Great prices/deals & customer service & employees are good & friendly! Hopefully, since we are in the midst of a Pandemic, the rates wont go up anytime soon!!! Keeping fingers crossed!!

The "On-site Team" was outstanding! They helped me thru a very difficult month from the first phone call to the move in day to using the van and until my moving out day. Their Customer Support was fast and easy.

Love the service here, friendly staff. They helped me find exactly what I needed. Facilities are nice and clean which is important to me. My stuff feels safe here.

I really like the people working at I-5 storage in Tustin. Corbin, Maria & Sarah are very kind, helpful and a pleasure to see when I go there. They have helped me with some things, such as explaining the contract and pricing when I changed to a different unit. I really appreciate that as I wasn't really comprehending it at first due to being overheated from the heatwave. The facility is nice & clean. The parking and access hours are just right for me as well. Keep up the good work! Thank you

So far, the process of getting a unit and moving in has been quick and easy.

I signed paperwork which was fast, paid, borrowed a truck, moved boxes into my unit and that was it. There is a keypad to enter the gates in and out which is nice for added security.

The staff was very nice and welcoming and made things simple.

Very happy so far, just moved in this week so can update later, but so far happy with my choice.

This company has been wonderful. I called last summer to rent a unit. The customer service by phone was amazing. When I went to the office later in person, I was blown away that the service continued to be great. The facility is always clean as well as the property. Just moved out and had no issue and my personal property was kept safe while there. I also love that it's not a huge corporate company and it's family owned. If I ever need to rent a storage unit in the future, I'll be back here for sure.

The employees you have here at the facility are greatly appreciated simply because the time they spent helping you resolve your Storage issue is well above my expectation. When searching for storage facility to hold my personal items I was pleased to find this location close to my house! Staff is wonderful, upfront and honest and best yet slot of nice security features for entering and exiting your unit! The units are clean and can rent on a month to month basis! Please check the website as they have deals for your first month.

I was shopping around for a storage unit and called I-5 Self storage and spoke to Corbyn. Out of all the other representatives from other facilities, Corbyn stood out and really took charge and gave one of the best customer service I've ever experienced in awhile. Corbyn was:

Starting off with the staff - they are HAPPY people. They were HELPFUL people. Answered every question, and pointed out things I didn't think of that will help me. I didn't even mention their prices are the BEST!
The halls are clean and bright white. Easy to get to my unit. The halls are named after race cars making it easy to remember where to go.
I just stopped by as a lark thinking they would be expensive. They weren't. They are the cleanest and best priced units anywhere...You should run by also and just see how I-5 can fit for you.

I had a 5x10 storage unit here for a few years and saw the rates slowly rising. The unit was on the second floor, near the elevator, so it provided easy access and was convenient when it was time to move out.

They do have extended hours past when the lobby closes. I did not worry when I left my items here, since they had cameras and though there were many units rented out, I didn't see much traffic.

The facility is the best I be seen of the ones I visited near by if you're looking for a temp control, high security storage without the hassle. I have seen many different storage facilities

Ron checked us in and drove us over to the new unit. Friendly and competent service. First month free, and $44 move in fee. We got a 5x10 for $102 monthly w/Insurance.
They have superior security, loaner move-in truck, loaner carts, etc. first class rental units.
Just what you want in a storage facility.
UPDATED: Tina is an exceptional employee who assisted us while in transition after a monthlong stay. It was really pleasant to have a helpful hand in a moving situation.

Wow! This place is ridiculously awesome! I moved from Public Storage off Jamboree & Alton for a space here that was the EXACT SAME SIZE for $40 cheaper per month! There is always at least 2 if not 3 people in the office - unlike Public Storage where there's one person and you usually have to wait because they're out giving a tour to a potential new customer ;)
