I don't suggest storing at this business. I won an online auction today of one of their units, I contacted them. They were friendly on the phone. When I arrived later the owner threw me out of the office. Yelling and screaming at like like one of those Karen videos. I called the Fountain Valley Police dept. The owner told the Police that he didn't like that I said I'd do my best to get everything out in 72 hrs per the agreement. It's a lame excuse. He was showing the young kid in the office how to throw someone out and I was their guinea pig today. It's disgraceful. This

I had my RV broken into 4 times at this facility and every time they said they were making improvements to prevent this from happening but I never saw any improvements made. I guess I'm the idiot for believing them. Management takes no responsibility for the damage to the RV or for everything that was stolen. My rent also went up $60 over 3 years, this is the worst storage I have ever used. I pulled my RV out because it will be safer parked on the street then in this facility.

After storing my RV here for about 5 months is was broken into and burglarized. The camera right above my rig showed nothing. They're cameras and sensors are obviously not checked or maintained. I use my RV about once a month on weekends so it's not like it sits there all the time. Look elsewhere if you need RV storage...

Do not ever store your valuables here. I have been a customer here under the old management and I would have given them 5 stars. Now, new owners and management is terrible. Very uncaring, intimidating and unprofessional punks that are there now. Very unsafe... my unit was broken into and they claim that a man walked in there with a backpack that was suspicious looking guy walking around and their cameras were not working but they still let this guy in without asking him any questions. They later found him in my unit with a backpack who i later found out he stole 90 pairs of earrings that were

I loved being 1st stop when John was the manager. Everything was smooth and easy. Something changed and I found out John was gone. I was vacating a unit. John was gone, so I asked for a receipt of notice to vacate, John always gave me one, the trainee said he could get me one. The new manager got all kinds of attitude. I really didn't like him and he got do mad he kicked me out of the other unit. All I asked for was a receipt. He came out with a letter of eviction !!!! I am a good clean tenent who pays in time !!! He should be fired, he's a little man who has a little mans complex. Beware

Since the old management left and new arrived everything change to worst . Now is pest in the property. Mices,, rats the elevators not working is very dirty and the new manager are not friendly not appropiated for a bussiness . Before i forget raice rent to over 100 dollars from before rent. Not recommend thus facility anymore.

We have been using 1st stop storage for 2 years now. Andy has been more than helpful in meeting our storage needs, great prices compared to other places I looked into, clean facility and easy gate access. I have recommended this place to other people and they too have been pleased with the friendly service and storage needs were met!

I've rented from 1st Stop for a few months now as a place to store my stock for a local swap meet. I'm in and out a few times a week, and I find it easy to do so. The prices are fair, and I'm in the process of growing to a larger unit that recently came available.

This storage company is the cleanest storage property I have ever seen. The management shows pride of ownership in the property. Restroom is immaculate and the employees are friendly. I had read a review on yelp for them about a break-in so when I rented I asked the manager about it. She explained that break-ins happen at storage properties but that the comment on yelp was very questionable as it appeared that it was done by tenant . The hole they reported was broken from their space into an empty unit. I have complete confidence that the management does their best in keeping the property safe
