I have been a tenant since 2014 and apparently this facility has gone through a management change. Thank God for that! The old staff was absolutely horrible but things have changed 180 degree turn around. Susan in the front office is a pleasure to work with, the facility has never been cleaner and my items have been safe and secure all these years without worry. I HIGHLY recommend Brea U-Store for all your storage needs ;)

Horrible experience. We’ve been using Brea U-Store since 1999. We recently cleaned out the storage unit and they refused to give our $25 deposit back. (The walls were cracked, water damage and mold covered 1/4 of our boxes. The employee could care less) It’s not a matter of money, but principle. The employee referenced our “contract” that was signed nearly 20 years ago. If you care about treating people with respect and receiving the same in return, take your business elsewhere. If I could give “0” stars, I would.

I rented a storage for about a year here. I called back several months later to inquire about my deposit. I spoke with Jody who was very sweet and professional. Come to find out there were some miscommunication errors when I vacated which could have been both of our faults. However, Jody continued to be her sweet and professional self and was able to fix everything and I walked away a very happy customer. Would I refer them? Absolutely! Thank you Jody!

Excellent service ! The people working in the office as well as the management are extremely helpful and more than willing to answer my questions. Made me feel confident in storing my belongings, very safe neighborhood, well lit and excellent Security. Not sure why I looked anywhere else . I should have gone here first would have saved me a lot of time. I highly recommend this storage facility because of low prices, terrific customer service, and friendliness!!

Spoke to Jody today and she is refusing to help me and will not release my desposit after ten year +. Claims she never received any of my emails or voicemails. Remarkable as I have a 10 year history of communication with her via emails and telephonic communications, especially when I was late with my rent payments. As such, I take Jody's claim of "never receiving any emails or mine" as being less then straight.
So, now I will have to spend the time and money to pursue legal remedies to secure my rightful deposit that she is holding ransom. Guess this is the way they choose

We had a lot to store, basically our whole house while we were traveling for 6 months and they were very accommodating finding us a storage unit that was big enough. We ended up combining 4 units and it was perfect for us.
Also, the owners are very friendly and called us if there was ever any suspicious activity.
