I needed a screen to be replaced on a sliding screen patio door. I am very satisfied with Glass Express. Jim just left. I called on Friday, and he said he could come over Saturday morning. He did and gave us an ok price and took the door with him. He came back after lunch with my door with the replaced screen.
Installed it, made sure it function well, and that was it. Soooooo simple and easy. I am happy.

Tried calling to discuss some work on a vehicle. Guy answers the phone without any introduction, refuses to discuss what I want done or answer any questions unless I show up in person with the vehicle (understandable before he agrees to the work, but just to answer a question or let me know if he thinks its even possible, seems extreme). I ask him about sending photos and dimensions, refuses that idea, then acts super shady and hangs up on me. I bet they're not licensed to do the work, despite advertising that they'll do it. I'm taking my money elsewhere and would highly suggest

Gino just installed a brand new screen door for my front door and it looks awesome.. Workmanship is excellent and product is high quality. Gino has also in the past replaced my glass shower door and some of my double paned windows.

Had a very good experience with Jim at Glass Express. I needed a replacement glass shelf for a cocktail cart and went into the shop. They were very responsive, professional and eager to make sure the glass fit properly in the cart.
