I ordered a large sliding door for my large studio shed. Keith was very helpful, prompt and responsive to my questions. The price is comparable to others, but his service and professionalism really stood out. He called the shed company to make sure the specs are compatible. I was way overly optimistic about the timeline of my project. It took 1 year for us to be ready for the door installation. Amazingly Keith kept up with multiple delays and schedule changes for over a year. With attention like this, it give me a lot of confidence in their company.

Read if sound reduction is important to you
We have a home by a busy street with a constant stream of traffic, and decided to replace our windows for an improved sound reduction. After meeting with multiple installers, we decided to work with American Home Renewal. The sales rep appeared very knowledgable, and friendly. During our initial assessment, I've expressed my #1 concern is noise, and that I was willing to choose a higher quality sound reduction window such as the Milgard Quiet Series. The rep explained that if we install the Weather Shield standard double pane, we will be just fine. He

Poor Neighbor Relations. My neighbor hired American Home Renewal to replace siding on her home. They needed access to the side of the home on my property, and I gave her permission to have the work done. On day one, I came home for lunch to find the crew's truck in my driveway. I rolled down my window and asked them if I could park in my driveway, and after hesitating they moved the truck.
The crew decided they were going to do prep work on my property, without my permission. I let it slide, since most of the siding work was on my side. After 2 more days the work on the side was completed, but

I'm very happy with the siding project and replacement windows and doors from American Home Renewal. They provided the service and support of a large professional organization, with the personal commitment and integrity of a small family run business. The foreman (Alex) who was on this project every day until completion is a master craftsman. The door and window group (a separate division), were also exceptionally talented. Honesty and actual properly informing was the first impressions made by the estimator when he came to our house. And as someone that grew up in a family that reinvented our own home, I was listening and looking for what was going to be overlooked. Everything was covered. And so we agreed instantly to have gutters installed (seamless). And that part was also an amazing experience. Prompt, Communicative, Attentive, Fast. It was all a great experience.

We were very pleased with the service from American Home Renewal. The flow of the job was fast and professional.
