Services
All service contracts include reduced service call fees, 15% off all parts, and makes you a priority customer. Our residential service contract offers a great way to keep your equipment at home working at its most efficient year after year. In this contract you receive two services per year. We will clean both your condenser and evaporator coils to ensure premium efficiency.
We are experienced in many different types of units from boilers, chillers, oil furnaces, natural gas, propane, and mini splits (or ductless units). Ductless units are the most dynamic type of unit there is. Ductless units are perfect for additions, garages, shops, and sunrooms. The pictures below are of a mini split from a commercial project we completed.

Cardinal Heating and Air are honest, great guys. I had been quoted some crazy estimates to get the humidity in my house under control; including whole system replacement, condenser pumps etc. These guys made a few modifications to my existing equipment and boom....humidity is gone! My system is older and I know it will need to be replaced in the near future. Cardinal Heating and Air bought me some time and I will definitely come to them for the whole system replacement!

Oh my goodness, I will use them from now on!! It was a Saturday, it was HOT out , we called and Kevin came out within just an hour or so and fixed us right up. He was honest, courteous, efficient and such a pleasure to deal with. Definitely a people person which is rare in this particular field from our experience. Prices are very reasonable. I will not go back to the company we purchased our unit from originally.....from now on it's Cardinal all the way! Honestly, I just cannot say enough about this company I was so impressed.

Courteous, punctual, and honest! After getting the runaround from 2 other companies here in town and friend recommended Cardinal Heating and Air to me. I gave them a call and they were able to come out that afternoon and was able to get me back up and running for a fraction of the price that others had given me. I could not be HAPPIER with the service from Cardinal Heating and Air!! My air conditioner quit working on the absolute hottest day of the year… I called them and they were literally at my home within a couple of hours - they even called to advise me of their approximate arrival time. Kevin’s initial troubleshooting, repair and maintenance were well above the norm. He diagnosed and fixed my problem in a short amount of time. He is extremely professional, great reputation, polite and honest - a truly valued combination.
