Indoor air pollution can actually be worse for you than outdoor pollution! People spend the majority of their lives inside their homes and buildings, so clean indoor air with low levels of dust, particulates and contaminants and the right level of humidity is more important for day-to-day health and comfort.
Geothermal systems use technology known as ground source heat pumps to make the transfer of hot and cool air more efficient. Because the system works with the relative temperature of the earth instead of the variable temperatures above ground, geothermal heating and cooling systems use 40-60% less energy than conventional systems.

Preventive maintenance was performed quickly, efficiently & professionally. The technician was prompt, courteous, friendly and gladly answered any questions. Performance did a great job designing & installing our HVAC system years ago, and has performed all PM and repair service since. Everything from the scheduling, service and billing has always been top-notch and dependable. A great bunch of people to work with too. I rarely write reviews, but it’s rare to find a company that provides such great service and wanted to pass the word along. Thanks & keep up the good work!

With the weather warming up, our 7 year old AC unit was struggling to keep our upstairs cool. I submitted an online request to Performance, and I received a quick call to schedule service.
We decided to add their service agreement to cover both our units.
Their Technician was friendly and checked both our units. He was able to quickly fix the issue on upstairs unit, and he gave us peace of mind that both our older units are working optimally. Highly recommend Performance Heating & Cooling.

I am a new customer. The first day I called even the office people seem to know what was going on when I explained what unit was doing. I called late morning and by 3:45 Tommy was here to check things out. He explained everything to me. What I needed, how much it cost, and a time within 4 days when it would be done. I will never use another service other than Performance Heating and Cooling, Inc. from here on out. Tommy was the tech who came out to service our new home and make sure everything was working just fine. He went out of his way to check the AC unit, extend our condensate pipe that was really close to the foundation of the house. He also explained to me how everything worked as far as the degree difference that was mentioned in the phone call for service. He mentioned everything was normal and up to par. I will definitely, like mentioned above, go back to performance heating and cooling for our AC

Our unit had started giving us some issues. Called Performace and was able to get setup for a tech to come out. Performance called us on morning of service to make sure it was a good time to send out a technician. Tommy arrived and was very professional. He diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs. Tommy did a wonderful job of explaining what was wrong and what he had fixed. We will absolutely use Performance in the future.
