Ivan responded to my initial quote request very quickly. His price was inline with other quotes I had received but he was more responsive to questions I had and very personable. I felt like he genuinely wanted my business. We communicated through text and email and I set an appointment to have the carpet in my Santa Monica apartment cleaned

Windy City was amazing! We recently got a new puppy and our 6 month old couch + rugs had some stains (and also started to smell like a dog) so I called around for some quotes to get them cleaned. Brian was super responsive (and really informative!) and booked me an appointment right away. Mike was our technician and he was so wonderful. Gave me a call to let me know he was on the way, and he was so friendly! Cleaned up our giant sectional, our rug, as well as the seats of our dining room chairs. Our furniture is back to being brand new!! Will definitely be using Brian and his team in the future

These guys are punctual, friendly and completely knowledgeable. They convinced us to buy a leather couch (with pets) and it was the best recommendation! We had dining room chairs (microfiber) given to us and they cleaned them so nicely-- they seemed new! If you have a piece of furniture that seems old-- give them a call because they may be able to breathe life into your furniture. Highly recommend!

Excellent. Was getting 2 rooms, 2 area rugs, a hallway runner, and a couch cleaned. Everyone in the office was very prompt and responsive while I was making the appointment. My technician was Mike, who was great! He set me at ease, was very personable, and did a great job. Would recommend to anyone.

The crew at Windy City Carpet Cleaning were so helpful and polite. Brian, the owner, was super accommodating and made sure that I got what I wanted. Using a green product was important to me so he ordered it and made sure that the technician was aware of my request. The product worked great and there were no harsh odors to deal with afterwards. I highly recommend this service.

I have to single-seater club chairs with ivory polyester fabric that are over 20 years old and a high-end sectional from Italy with light grey microfiber fabric (5 years old) that needed upholstery cleaning. They had never received cleaning before and had general stains from use and some bluing from blue jeans.
