Horrible company, they can care not for your items. They have hidden charges. Please take time and read your contacts word for word. They do not deliver your items for at least a month and then when you get them they are destroyed and they have nothing to say about but file a claim. More than half of my major furniture was destroyed. See pictures

When they delivered our stuff, half of our items were destroyed. They also transported my husband Harley and when it went on the truck it was flawless and when it was delivered it was destroyed. About 12,000. Worth of damages. Our 80inch TV was packed in a TV box and Padded but the top was crushed and now from the pic you can only imagine. They have no care for your things. We had container with zip ties and those were cut off. I had an office desk completely destroyed the mover threw it away when they got to my place. Pic posted. I can't express it enough, pay the money for a reliable company

HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Was set to move November 12th 2021. Everything was smooth up until the date. First, the truck broke down (Supposedly). They were waiting for anther one. One which never came. All of a sudden, they stop responding to calls. Long story short, they left me hanging. No Never showed up, Never called back, NOTHING!!. Trust me, there are much better and much more professional movers out there. Don't just go for the cheapest, cause u get what u pay for.

Movers came in and totally redid the estimate I received from New Leaf. Charged me about a $1,000 more than estimated. Had no choice but to pay it. Payment method was sketchy. Had to venmo money to weird venmo account. Two pieces of furniture came damaged. Movers didn't want me to put in a claim. Called New leaf, the broker, and they told me the name of the company they hired for my job was Husky Trucking. I have no idea now who I paid and who might look for money. Do not use Ernest, Husky or New Leaf in my opinion.

My moving broker subcontracted to Earnest. First words form driver was "This is going to be a few hundred dollars. Your address on the paperwork is not your address. (Note: Driver read the paperwork incorrectly). Came into my 450sq ft apt and immediately told me my quote of 355sq ft from broker was about an additional 150 sq ft. He said it would cost hundreds more than my binding contract. I bought the exact number of each size box on my binding quote. I refused to pay any additional money. Extremely disorganized, rude and UNRELIABLE company. They didn't show up 2 times for scheduled pick up for interstate moving. t They promised to deliver within 12 business days, until today nothing has been delivered and it's Day 20th. Everytime I call and ask them for the update on the delivery date - they ignoring me… and don't respond on my questions (very rude).
In the last 2 weeks I kept asking if truck with my load is on it's way to Florida and they would confirmed that it is (IGOR) and then 4-5 days later they lying by telling me that Truck broke down and

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Gave a quote of $540 for a small move from Hoboken NJ to Stamford CT. Supposed to arrive at 9 AM to start move and arrived at my home at 345 PM. Took over 3 hours to drive from NJ to Stamford which is an hour drive. Racked up the hours to double the price. Basically held furniture hostage till you pay their fee. Move was completed at 1230 AM. Charged me $1080 for the move and wouldn't unload truck till they were paid. Tried to call owner but no answer . I moved several times. This time I hired this company. I’ve never had such an easy and quick move. Very professional, accommodating, kind, great service all around. The movers were polite. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY MOVING TO/FROM BOSTON (GUARANTEED TO BE CHARGED A SHUTTLE FEE). I paid over DOUBLE my initial estimate. Though moving companies are doing well in COVID (per Ernest), they will not hesitate to scam you. Even after finding out I was a healthcare worked who had been deployed to COVID units in NYC, the customer service manager had no hesitation to add on costs and fees.

I currently have a Better Business Bureau complaint against Ernest Moving & Storage. They still owe me $499 from a move back in June. They bent a pendulum on a grandfather clock by shoving it into a box & taping it closed. I paid extra for a wardrobe box & when it arrived all of my clothes that were on hangers were not hanging from the bar in the wardrobe, they were just thrown into a pile in the bottom of the box. Moved from NYC to Austin.
A few things:
I have no idea how my cubic feet went so over when almost everything was boxed and you can calculate it. My estimate was more than twice the original. Whatever, it's crazy times right now, I was just glad the guys who came to NYC were on time and did a decent job. I gave them a really nice tip to thank them.
However, the guys who came to unload in Austin were an absolute joke. I have photos and tried to contact the company about this and they have ignored me. I gave them over a week to respond to my email.

This was the worst experience we have ever had with any vendor. They oversold and under delivered. Our move was on June 1 and we were moving into an apartment that had a strict moving time from 10am to 2pm. We booked this well in advanced and the person that my wife spoke to an emailed stated that the movers could put our new stuff that was still in the box together. That they were professional movers and would be there at 8:30 on the day of the move. We called them at 8:30 to hear the truck broke down and they would be there at 11:00. As an interesting unrelated tidbit: literally everyone of the guys who came to move us "didn't believe in COVID."
Gave us a real hard time about how much stuff we had and how expensive it would be, didn't come anywhere near quote, told us not all our stuff would fit (I went down and looked in the truck, 60% full when done). Their packing job was very bad. After unpacking:
- found 10-15 boxes that were only half to a third full (they get paid more if there are more boxes!)
- found unwrapped glass objects just thrown in with the rest
- found perishable food they just snapped
