I think Blueline Van Lines should learn to take care of their clients in a fast and efficient manner. Your client number 5110570 has been asking for answers and you have failed to give them anything. These people entrusted you with their life and you ignore? I don't think this speaks well for a service based company. Time to get back to taking care of business and the people that pay you!!! Smooth? YOu picked up the entire belongings of some friends of mine ELEVEN days ago and now the family cant get you to return their phone calls regarding delivery. YOU CALL THAT SMOOTH?!?!?!!?
