DO NOT USE Official Van Lines. Wish I would have read their Yelp reviews before booking. Absolute nightmare experience! Phone lines down so you leave messages and no one calls you back. Told by customer service team (Dani) that the phone lines have been down for a month. No communication between Miami and NJ office. Bc the Mgr was out on maternity leave (Stefanie) my messages and emails weren't being received. Just spoke to Mgr (Michael) and he said there is nothing that he can do and transferred me back to customer service only to hear this:

Don't walk,,, RUN from this business. Possibly my worst experience EVER. So, so shady. Every step of the way they change their pricing from the original agreement, and tack on more and more charges. They hold your belongings hostage unless you pay. They do not come when they say. A DAY LATE. Then the job became so late at night even the police couldn't negotiate with them. They left with the belongings, came back the next day. They have a guy in Miami to deal with who thinks he is AL Pacino in Scarface. They are not real traditional movers. Smoking constantly. Can barely communicate with

DO NOT USE. They were a half hour late to pick up my things, & barely spoke to us while doing so. They were smoking while loading our items into the truck.
Then things took a turn for the worst-after they left my mom discovered that her wedding band had been taken from the bathroom, in which both men had asked to use while moving my belongings. They left the bathroom trashed, toilet seat up, water and mud everywhere! Upon realizing this, we called the company and they basically told us they trust their men and that is that.
