Clay's Climate Control LLC is a family-owned and operated company located in Linwood, NJ. The company was founded by Clay and Jen Pierce in 2001 based on the principle that we could offer an excellent HVAC experience to our customers. Tankless Water Heater *More involved boiler systems such as high efficiency units with multiple zones, radiant floor heating, hydronic coils, etc. will be assessed and an estimate will be given to service and maintain. High efficiency condensing boilers and tankless water heaters require a comprehensive heat exchanger maintenance every two years per manufacturers specification.

George and Brian provided excellent service in repairing our ancient furnace/boiler and helping us understand the workings of the heating system in our newly purchased home. Sid did a terrific job addressing my needs and solving problems. A simple thermostat replacement turned challenging due to poor wring in my house. Sid was patient and positive and eventually and successfully completed the job. The price was very reasonable, the communication was excellent, they were on time, clean, and professional. We recently hired Clays to install our new AC and Heater and it was a great experience from the very start. The entire team was professional and worked really hard to get the new system up and running. The initial visit found our AC to be not working and they delivered portable coolers within minutes to cool the house down. Matt in sales did an excellent job of providing options and was patient to respond to our questions. Eddie and Anthony were a great team of installers .. very neat and great to work with. Clay’s Climate Control is the best!! Everyone is very professional, competent, friendly, and dependable. Matt, who did the system proposal, was very thorough and explained everything. CJ and Colin, the installers, arrived on time and were very efficient and friendly. There was a problem with the fan and I had to call their 24 hour service. They answered right away and got someone to my house in 20 minutes. Jacob, the tech, tried every possible solution, but the motor had to be replaced. Had an emergency leak at our new home called a referral competitor who couldn’t come out for 5 days. Noticed previous owners used Clay’s Climate Control and gave me two options to arrive. The woman scheduling was delightful and so helpful! Jacob the technician was friendly, efficient, polite and knew his stuff even running to local hardware store to pick up a needed part for the fix! I was not able to be at my summer home in Brigantine when the technician was scheduled. I was reassured by the office staff that I could leave the key in a designated spot and they would keep it for future use.
On the day of the appointment Anthony called to let me know he was at my house. He later called me to let me know what he did and what he recommended for the overall condition of my HVAC system.

John DeJesse was most knowledgeable as he responded to the call to have the heating fixed at our home. Very straight forward with the pricing and estimates and ensured completion of repair and resolution of problems. Would recommend to anyone who needs immediate response to heating and air conditioning issues. He also understood the requirements of the new Google Nest set up with a early 2000s high efficiency central heater and air conditioning system. Experience and reliability all in the same package.

We have used Clay's to install our HVAC and tankless hot water heater as well as for annual maintenance of the systems. They do excellent work. Today John D and JP performed annual maintenance on the heater and hot water heater. They were punctual, courteous and professional-a pleasure to have in my home. Our technician arrived on time, was courteous and professional. He explained what service he was going to perform and how long it would take. We had our ductless mini split air conditioners cleaned and a service on our hot water baseboard system. He was extremely thorough and completed all of the device work in the estimated time.
