On july 1st south jersey gas rolled out a new finacing plan, so instead of taking a chunk out of my savings I got the list of contractors to try and find out more information on this program, I called CMS and scheduled a free estimate. Day came, Ed showed up, he arrived late but I understand the busines and how things can take longer once on the road. He checked out the system, took pictures, said he was going on vaca but I should have the estimate in a weeks time. We have worked with Conn Mechanical since the early 2000s. They maintained our original Florida Heat Pumps, which have lasted twenty years. This month, the upstairs unit finally gave up the ghost. Ed came and specked out a replacement system, giving us a variety of options and explaining the various choices. We selected a Bryant system, and Ed and his crew, headed up by Nick, did the installation. Everything was done very professionally and quickly, with a minimum of disruption to us. Ed and the folks at Conn are great. They came to repair my air conditioner the same day I called and ordered my new one the next day and installed it the day after that. I couldn't have asked for better service. Ed provided with me three options to choose from good, better, best and as well as a few different payment plan options. They went above and beyond to assist me and communicate via email and text. The technicians Eddie and Kenny were great. They were super quiet and polite in my house. Ed Conn installed my geothermal system in 2007. I had a lot of confidence in him from day one and appreciated his knowledge and enthusiasm for geothermal design. The business is a family operation and that shows in the attention, care and respect given to their clientele. Everyone is always polite and courteous....great to deal with! Conn Mechanical Services continuously provides excellent service. They installed my GEOTHERMAL System and provide routine maintenance along with emergency service (when rarely needed). They are always prompt when scheduling an appointment and on time when arriving for a repair. Nick is the repair technician that I have dealt with in the last year. He is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. His knowledge insures that he detects the problem in minimal time while his professionalism results in the fast repair of the problem.
