They were very responsive to my initial request for service. The technicians arrived on time. They were very cordial, polite and professional. Ambient was sub contracted by a builder? Chuck Riley construction. Did not go by architects blueprints did a sham job in crawlspace never thinking it would be checked, nothing done correctly. Called general contractor Chuck Riley as a subcontractor is not responsible, Chuck Riley kept telling us he was too busy to comeback??? Not knowing they have not been communicating because of problems between them. They both finally showed up after 3 long years this has been going on, took pictures they never corrected problems left vents in crawlspace completely open just blowing my heat and A/c for 3 years

I have been searching for help with our HVAC system for a year now. All these companies want new installs or basic repairs, if it's a challenge to figure out what's wrong nobody wants to take it on. I have never experienced this with any other trade. So for this one, the next one to disappoint... in-depth conversation with the service manager, explained our troubles and went on to explain how we can't find a reliable HVAC company to even come out and scratch their head aboutit, to which he says, we will! Finally, a decent HVAC company, so I thought. Three months later, no call back, no service

Absolutely fantastic service. Jason arrived in a very timely manner and he was extremely thorough in diagnosing my system! He took time to explain each issue my system had as well as what could have caused the problem so that I knew exactly what I was paying for and why. He also double checked everything was in working order before leaving and on top of that he was very friendly! I will definitely be using this company and requesting Jason if I ever have another HVAC issue!

Technician thoroughly checked over the heater to check to see if he could find a problem and the only thing he could figure out was a new thermostat but the price was outrageous at $350. Thermostats definitely don't cost that much and I had to call PSEG back to have them install one which I don't know if they're going to do for me or not.
