I had one room that needed to be stretched and I was impressed on how quickly he had it done. Also this is the first time I have used Steam. I was very pleased I used stainmasters, they came to my home as scheduled and cleaned my rugs and carpets.

I messaged this business asking for a quote and they were very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I got a great estimate and they were able to get a tech out the same week. It was a BREEZE scheduling my appointment and getting them to come service my apartment. I have a small place but pets, so my small area of carpet had a decent amount of stains. A younger guy came out & did my carpet & area rugs for me, and they came out great. Cost was awesome & I will be calling them more often, us it's a hell of a lot easier than doing it myself!! I recently used CARPET CLEANERS LAS VEGAS's services for a carpet cleaning and was extremely pleased with the outcome. The tech was the technician who came to my home—he was professional, thorough and efficient. The carpet was done in less than an hour, and it looked great. All of my stubborn stains were removed, and the carpet was not soaking wet.

Wow - never had to use a carpet cleaning firm. I called them and within 48 hours they were on site. Everything I expected from reading previous reviews, was met and exceeded. Their level of service, detail, and cost was awesome. Would highly recommend to first time carpet cleaning customers, and will 100% use for future.

They did an amazing job. Showed up early. Cost a little more than initially quoted over the phone but worth EVERY penny. Had them clean my carpet for moving out of my apartment, and I'm giving the carpet back to the owners in better condition than I received it. During my two-year tenancy I had the carpets cleaned twice and they didn't even do close of the job or get half the stains out. 10/10 would use them again!

After our dog passed away, we needed to get the carpet cleaned. We decided to also clean a couple of other rooms that had not been cleaned in over 15 years. First, the tech was sympathetic for our loss, which was very kind of him. His team came in, and we were amazed at how well the carpets cleaned up. The family room looked like new carpets were installed, and I never thought the other two rooms would have looked as good as they did. I highly recommend CARPET CLEANERS LAS VEGAS.

I would give this company a zero if possible. They have a$49 special, the guy comes in and I tell him I only want the special, it's an apartment I just want traffic areas done. He says I have to do a spot test he does it says ok to clean it like this it's$276 I said no way I don't own this place! He then calls his supervisor named Jamie(make) he talks to him then Jamie wants to talk to me, he sounds like he's 12 starts berating me for not wanting to do the"deep " cleaning I said no way. I hand the phone back to the guy he then tried to tell me it's a$20 cancellation
