I called Professional Restoration because they are one stop stopping. I did not want to have to call several different companies to do the work needed after a pipe broke in my wall and the floors were missed up. We had an amazing experience with PRS following water damage in our kitchen. Drew came out the same day to assess the extent of the damage and identify next steps, and oversaw all mitigation efforts. Mike was the person who facilitated the repair, which included various contractors to handle floors, cabinets, and tile. PRS did a fantastic job on our mitigation and repair work. They were extremely responsive and professional. There was a project manager for the mitigation (Drew) and for the restoration (Patrick) and they were both great! They were in contact and/or here throughout the project and followed up to make sure all scheduled workers showed up when they were supposed to be here. They both made sure we were happy with all the work at the end of the project. They were easily available for questions every step of the way. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

We had a fire at our business and Professional Restoration did a fantastic job helping mitigate smoke damage, cleaning EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING and then coordinating the repair to our ceiling. We had a leaky dishwasher that caused damage to our wood floors, kitchen cabinets, and crawl space. I was concerned that we wouldn't be able to file a claim with our insurance company, because we had recently filed a claim for roof damage. We had just moved into our house in Apex at the end of July 2020 and found out there was water damage. I reached out to the company in August and they promptly came out to assess the damage. The mitigation manager came and his guys had the moisture dried up over a weekend. We then dealt with the repair manager who kept us updated and worked with my teaching schedule to have it be as stress free as possible. The owner also came out to check on things. We had a steam pipe burst in our crawl space and had to kick out our tenant. We were living overseas when all this happened but PRS (and my neighbor/property manager) did an excellent job of communicating with me despite the distance.
They basically had to take care of the mold that was starting to grow, rip out the entire first floor, replace the main floor's walls and repaint, replace the HVAC and water heater. They did a great job of getting our house ready for when we got back. We are very happy with their work!

Washing machine failed and created a waterfall into the first floor kitchen. The drying and remediation team came out and got everything cleaned and dried wonderfully while minimizing repairs needed. The repair portion went great, lot of good sub contractors, just have to stay on top of everything that was needed to see it to completion. They coordinate well with insurance.

Because of water damage we had to have 1100 sq. ft. of hardwood flooring replaced. In addition, we were under a time crunch to get the work done. Kevin was extremely helpful in working to meet our needs. The process involved moving furniture out, tearing out and carting the old flooring away, choosing and installing new flooring, cleaning up and returning the furniture to its original position. Kevin's team was diligent and trustworthy. Everything was completed within 2 days of our original estimate. We were out of town during part of the install and Kevin kept us apprised of the progress

After returning home from a vacation at the beach, I walked in to my living room to hear my feet go "squish, squish". I looked down and realized that they were half an inch under water.
