Absolutely dreadful experience with Andrew Draughon at Restoration Experts. Has pushed back every deadline and has no-showed several times. They damaged my floors and have yet to fix them. They schedule times to arrive and when they don't show, we contact them and they say they can't come today and need to reschedule. Ridiculously unprofessional from Andrew and his contractors.

I'm in the process of selling my home while working with a relocation company. The home inspector found a small area of suspected mold so I called Restoration Experts to come out and remediate the spot as required by the relocation company. Dale came out but believed that the spot was a stain and not a true mold growth. He told me he wouldn't feel right charging me for remediation and instead told me a cleaner to buy and spray on the spot to cover my bases. He also wrote a note detailing his findings to the relocation company for me. Dale went above and beyond for me.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
I would not recommend this company at all. I had to switch to a different one half way through and they are having to go back and fix what this company didn’t do for a Cat 3 water damage. Also, much of my stuff was additionally damaged by them! Grrr!!!!

Restoration Experts was great! On Sunday Morning our kitchen ceiling was showing signs of water damage. I responded to their googled listing and was called back Sunday night. Early Monday they arrived to assess the damage and immediately started to remedy and fix it. They had to dry out the bathroom above the kitchen and the space between the bathroom floor and kitchen ceiling. Then they had to replace the ceiling drywall, kill the water stains, and repaint the ceiling and all connecting ceilings. In the process they willing repositioned a light fixture. Restoration Experts of NC come out to inspect some efflorescence
in my crawl space that popped up on an inspection report. They inspected the crawl and were completely honest and transparent, telling me I didn't need any repair work and explain gin what the efflorescence was (salt). They recommended a few small tweaks to increase air flow and minimize water vapor. Couldn't recommend these guys enough. Thanks!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Jake, Ryan, and everyone else that assisted with my water damage did an excellent job.
