Called these guys out to our new house for pest service. Been using Bulwark (builder recommended) and they were terrible!! I think they were spraying water!!??
Julio from Mayday came over and was awesome!! Very friendly and very thorough!! I’ve heard great things about Mayday for years, but never actually used them until now, and I’m so glad we did!!

I’ve lived in Garden Ridge for 13 years now and I had two different pest control companies prior to finding Mayday four years ago. The other companies were OK but there were occasional issues, whereas Mayday has been simply OUTSTANDING - in customer service, professionalism, responsiveness and effectiveness. Their basic service is very comprehensive and includes types of insects and rodents that most other companies charge more for AND I pay less than I did before – just $95 per quarter.
When I’ve needed Mayday to come back between quarterly treatments (very rare), they do so immediately

Professional, friendly technician always listens to our concerns and explains what's needed and gets it done. He discards and replaces traps, checks the eaves and gives helpful tips, too! I called Mayday Pest Thursday of last week. We laid new grass in our yard and have began to water our yard and now lots of little "things" are showing themselves in and out of home. Gentleman on the phone was very helpful on the phone, as I have never used a pest company. Nick came out very quick and was great! He sprayed the entire home in and out and was very friendly and patient in answering all my questions. He even moved my bunnies cage in the back yard while removing a wasps nest I was unaware of. I am already seeing a difference in pest control inside and out of home. In fact, I was so excited

These guys are awesome. I recently purchased a mattress from someone who refurbished mattresses...I know not the smartest thing I ever did but I was having a lot of guest coming in for a wedding. Shortly after loading mattress into my home I found bugs on mattress. I immediately removed mattress because I thought it was bed bugs. I contacted Mayday the next day. They called me immediately and came out the next morning during a holiday weekend. They are so wonderful to have come out during a holiday weekend and to put me at ease. Called on Friday after previous company failed to deliver. They called back and fit me in on Saturday. Tim took time to understand my situation and give me a good price. Then the technician who came out exhibited outstanding customer service. He was professional, courteous and efficient. I would call these guys again in a heartbeat.

I never write reviews but these guys were so bad I had to make an account just so they don't do what they did to us we have an old house that backs up to the woods so bugs and rodents happen well Russian cockroaches were swarming inside and mice outside we tried taking care of it not being one to call pest control but finally had enough and found a deal on amazon for these guys after purchasing the package had to pay them 200 dollars to get them rolling they forgot chemicals because they said it was a bad roach problem they needed mister to fog house ok cool next time we left for 5 hours so

I am absolutely thrilled to have made a connection with such a great pest control company. I first spoke to Tim to set up our appointment, and he was so patient and friendly in answering ALL my questions. Having an elderly dog and a little toddler in my home I was concerned with pest control treatment and had TONS of questions. They took care of all my concerns and even designed a plan to accommodate my toddler and pet. Brandon serviced are home and from the beginning started to build a relationship with our family (listened and answered all my curious toddlers questions). Hands down the best customer

I had a wonderful experience with Mayday! When I first moved to Cibolo, I posted looking for recommendations on a pest control service. Tim Bird, the owner of Mayday, contacted me personally to welcome me to the city and to offer his company's services.
Tim personally came out to my house set up my account, walk me through what pests to expect from this part of town, and to make sure my questions were all answered. His technician was friendly, yet professional and thoroughly took care of my house.
The price is reasonable and the service is outstanding. I completely reccomend Mayday Pest
