Amazing customer service and product! Deborah and her husband Hestin are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable! I have never seen a product get rid of and kill scorpians. The only scorpians we find now are dead! I highly recommend this company! They listen, they care, they respond quickly and are here for all my pest needs!

Great experience from beginning to end. The woman who scheduled my consultation was so nice and accommodating (especially with my crazy schedule). The tech who came to my house was amazing and gave me a rundown of all of my problem points. I had already been quoted an extreme amount to fix the problem from a seperate company that I feel was trying to take advantage of my naivety. Did not get that feeling whatsoever from Pinnacle, 10/10 would recommend and will be using again!

The rep called when we missed our appointment and rescheduled the professional to come out within a few days. He was courteous and thorough. The bill was not bad and within a few days or so, we found no more ants!

Super responsive, informative and great results - I employed Pinnacle to address 4 Yellow Jacket nests near the house where 3 children play and two had been stung plus me. They were there same day to address 2 nests for a very reasonable cost and when we discovered 2 more nests they addressed these rapidly and completely as well. I wouldn't engage anyone else after the outstanding service Pinnacle provides.

Michael came out and did an amazing job! He treated the inside and then proceeded to do around the house, the grass for Ants and used a brush thing to go around the top of the house outside. All for a great price! I was impressed. Very professional and courteous.

This company was used by the previous owner, so I decided to call them up when the bugs started getting a bit outta control. We bought an older home with some land and I get that they (bugs) live here too, but please scorpions, stay out!
Everyone I have dealt with with this company is SUPER nice! Michael, Debra and Heston! Heston came out, on time, and knocked it outta the park! He knows what he's doing and what to look for and sprayed areas that I didn't even think of. Told him my concerns and what was bothering me and he fixed it! Day one and I can sit on my porch again.

We worked with Heston on a issue that seemed to stump everyone. He was willing to figure it out and even came to our house three times, but only charged us for once. They are a great family business who put their clients first. Would highly recommend!!

Was mowing last week and swarmed by Ground Hornets. Asked for recommendation as to a pest control company and Pinnacle Pest Defense was one of the companies that was recommended. Called them, Heston arrived on time and EVEN MOWED the area for me, saturated it to control the insects. He also treated the house and surrounding structures for the usual insect control. I was so impressed with his thoroughness, knowledge, professionalism, the pricing and he was even fun to just talk with! I will surely be recommending them to others!!
