In mid-July I called Omni to make an appointment for AC. A salesman Karis shows up and sells me on the idea of how comfortable this would be and how Omni was the right choice for me. Instillation was scheduled for a week later. I was told that the installers were the best workers at Omni. Needless to say, it is now early Sept., and I'm still hot! I have been searching for company to rely on for HVAC service since buying my home 5 years ago. When a leak began near my evaporator coils, I decided to give OMNI a try. Our technician, Kevin, called ahead when delayed at a previous job. Once he arrived, he immediately got to work, testing multiple theories to determine the source of the leak. In the end, because of circulation loss due to dirty coils, the water from the drain pan was being pushed out and simulating a leak. Kevin was patient in diagnosing the problem and humored my questions. He proceeded to clean my coils and check the system

I am a very tough customer for home improvement and utilities-type work, and I give OMNI an emphatic 5 star review. They were priced right from the start (4th company I looked at), and not pushy with me at all.

Have to downgrade my rating. I am disappointed in how unreliable their service department is. They never arrive within the 2-hour window of time they are supposed to. Currently the service guy is two hours late, which means I've been waiting for four hours, and no sign of him in sight. Mind you, this is a service call on a unit that was newly installed in June. The AC ran fine all summer long, but when I tried to turn on the heat the unit didn't work. I'm quickly becoming disenchanted with these folks.

We recently used Omni Heating and Cooling to replace a boiler in a rental property. They were 1. Extremely easy to do business with; 2. Very reasonably priced; 3. Extremely professional; and 4. Got the job done quickly and as promised.
I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who needs any type of hvac work. Contractors and home maintenance companies are so often unreliable, overpriced and difficult to do business with. Omni is the exact opposite of that.
