PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY - CASHED MY DEPOSIT, DID ZERO WORK FOR OVER 5 MONTHS
One of the heating units in my condo went out around Thanksgiving 2020. My building recommended this company for the repair because they had previously done work there. They came out and said that the unit will need to be replaced and it will take 12 weeks to build the unit. It is now mid-April 2021 and no work has been done despite them cashing my deposit. I'm a contractor in Philadelphia, using Valley Air for the HVAC scope of a full house renovation at the insistence of my client. They essentially took a deposit, placed a small amount of ductwork in the walls (much of it missing glue or tape), and then have disappeared. My project is now in a holding pattern, because they will not return to finish their rough-in and they have been saying they would get their permit (which is an EZ permit) for weeks now, every date they have said they would have it coming and going with zero communication about why there are delays/progress/etc. Every time I try

I want to introduce this company to you. Yesterday I received an air conditioning repair. They were sincere and knowledgeable. Also, they were able to see that the diagnosis was accurate and convincing. In addition, a reasonable repair history was presented at a fair price. I will recommend to my friends and neighbors. I was having AC problems with my air not working properly in mid-July. Valley was recommended by a friend so I called and they promptly came out same day which was the only good thing I have to say. I was told by the technician who was here for 20 mins that I had a very large leak in my condenser that would cost thousands of dollars to refill with coolant so I would need to spend $5600 to replace the unit. He turned off all power to my unit, not sure why other than maybe he thought I was female and wouldn’t know any better (which isn’t far from the truth) he also told me they could replace

When Harry (the owner) walked into my house and before he quoted me a price for a complete central air unit I knew his company was the one to go with. Valley Air accommodated me and nothing was too much trouble. When the technicians arrived they were very friendly, clean cut and very respectfully of my home. I recommend Valley Air if you want the job done right!!! I am so happy I waited for the right company to come along. I cannot say enough about this company.
