Very impressive company. I thought about going with the HVAC company that I used last year since it was slightly cheaper. I am so glad that I didn't do that. More came with their inspection than the previous company.
I work in a hospital. Some of the patients that I provide care to have Covid-19. So I was impressed when I opened the door and see the service technician wearing a mask, shoe covers, and social distancing. All employees are vaccinated.

Spent less than 10 minutes to let me know I needed a smaller more efficient AC unit. Never checked outside only internal furnace / coil area before announcing duct work needed to be more efficient too. $89 for 10 minutes of verbal assessment to recap what I had told him prior to evaluating my AC. I will pass on any further assessment or AC work by Firehouse Heating and Air.

The Firehouse crew cleaned our ducts and checked out our system for the summer. We did have a couple of things that need to be addressed but were ok for the time being. They let us know our options with no hard sell. Their work was efficient and thorough, they were very curious and professional. Firehouse is our new AC company.
