Great service! Our AC stopped running and needed to be replaced. Jason came out, gave us a reasonable quote and loaned us a portable AC unit to stay cool until the system could be replaced the next day. When we moved to Frisco back in August I found Legend Air on Yelp, tried them and loved them. They installed a Nest thermostat, replaced the drip pan, installed a UV light in the attic to keep from getting mold, unclogged the drain pipe. I purchased they monthly maintenance plan for $15 per month. But then the honeymoon ended in February.
In February I called them out for a strange noise. After checking it out they found the problem and told me they will get the part needed and we needed to repair as soon as possible to avoid further damage. Welllllll, I waited and waited then 2 weeks in I started

We have had three company's over the year work on our A/C unit and Legend is by far the best Company and only one we will use going forward. We recently needed a new A/C and heater and reached out to Legend Air for a quote. After meeting with them we decided to use this company. Highly recommend giving Legend Air a call. Easy to communicate and the appointment to get a quote was set up on the day requested. Jason had a 2 hour appointment window (unlike others with 3+ hours) and showed up on time (again, unlike like other appointments I had). Very knowledgeable and friendly. Received a detail quote which was the lowest out of the 3 quotes I received. I did not go forward with the specific project but would not hesitate to give Legend Air a call in the future. Jason is an all out professional. He came by on a Saturday night while I was at church and filled my unit which I was controlling with my nest app. He got us cooled back down in the 100 degree heat and later collected on the payment. We had a problem with our AC and suspected a leak back in March. We called John Maple - US Marine HVAC which was highly recommended at Nextdoor app but he didn't deliver. Same problem came up again this month but I have a feeling it's been going on and was never really fixed as our electricity usage continued to spike and our home not getting cold enough. We called that same AC repair guy again but because I have a lot of questions and I don't understand why the issue was not fixed the first time he came he started giving an attitude and being all defensive. Jason came out today to look at my AC because the company with my home warranty cannot be here until Friday. So going a week without air when it is so hot is a long time. He was awesome! He checked the pressure and identified I have a leak. He was also honest in telling me that it would be less costly than through my home warranty company. He even offered to come out if the warranty company gave me a hard time about the leak.
When he was done, I asked him how much I owed him for the service call and he didn't charge me a thing! I cannot tell you how grateful I am that he did that!

After nightmarish and price-gouging experiences with three prior HVAC companies, I was referred to Jason and the team and could not have been more impressed. Everything went perfectly smoothly from our first interaction with Sara at the office all the way until Jason said we were back up and running.
We had gone 3 weeks with no AC in a 100 degree house, and Jason had us fixed at an incredibly fair price in under 12 hours.

I have been having my home a/c system (17 years old) serviced by Legend for a couple of years. I had Jason come out during the 1st part of the summer for my annual service. We discussed a new unit & I said I needed to get through one more summer with this one. Done.
I recently started shopping new units, received several estimates (one was in excess of $13000.00) for a similar unit as to what was in the house. I received my last estimate from Legend.......the difference in price from a large corporation
