Masten HVAC. are very professional, on time and very dependable. My servant wish is that more businesses ran as smoothly as theirs. Oh, he works on my home as well.

We were extremely fortunate to have found Matt and the people at Masten Air Conditioning to service our a/c system. We moved to the Dallas area 2 years ago and were introduced to the company by our real estate broker. Masten is trustworthy and great to work with. Their prices are reasonable. Their work is impeccable. And, their service can't be beat.

After having issues with another local A/C company; I called Masten after 3pm on a Friday hoping to get the A/C cooling before the weekend. They were fast, efficient and helpful and didn't mind my questions. They explained our options and gave us great service. Just what I want and need in an A/C company!

I am so grateful for Masten Air Conditioning. The guys came out right away and blew my mind away with their knowledge of my wall units. What a relief and breath of fresh air. Most AC companies (even really good ones) are not familiar with wall mounts, especially used in a commercial building. They did an emergency work around, ordered a piece and had everything perfect in a total of week. They are now my new AC resource for everything Wall Mounted.

I'm not easily impressed. To get 5 stars out of me, a business must perform ABOVE what I simply expect for the money. Matt from Masten did that for me today. In fact, even the young lady who took my call was WAY above average in speaking with me about my HVAC issues, how they could help, the neighborhood... super charming and thoughtful. Matt made sure everything was perfect before he left and was polite, friendly, and professional in every way. Total A++

I have always had honest, reliable and valuable services from Masten Air Conditioning and Heating. They have reliably provided me maintenance services for the past three years. Today we had a problem with our furnace, and Matt was available to provide top-notch service and repairs the same day.
While the service provided on-site is always great, I also want you to know that Cambrie who answers the phone is probably the most pleasant and professional representative of a company with you will ever deal. She listens, is empathetic to your needs and makes you feel that you are dealing with a company

If you don't want to get ripped off like I did DO NOT call Masten Air-Conditioning. My A/C went out last week, I find Masten as recommended so I call them. I wish I never did. My problem was obvious, the outside unit seemed to be working but nothing blowing inside, just an eerie hum from the blower motor. What I didn't know that my A/C was made in 1980. Jason Masten comes out and dollar signs must have flashed in his eyes, as he replaces a 5 buck capacitor charges me $95 for it on top of his $89 diagnostic fee on a bill with a quote for a whole new system. They answered after business hours on a Friday afternoon, showed up within 2 hours for a emergency & fixed the problem within 1 hour.
Communication was great, the work was completed correctly & the price was fair.

Masten Air replaced our entire duct system in 2011 and it made a world of difference in the comfort of our home. They also replaced our furnace at the same time. The A/C started blowing warm air last summer and they came out, diagnosed the problem (one part had gone out) and had it fixed within an hour-No hard sale trying to get me to replace my 9 year old A/C compressor. When the unit does go out and needs replacing, I will be buying it from Masten!
