Called them twice to schedule an appointment and talked to two very nice ladies. Each time, both took my information down, but could never schedule an appointment. “The technician” had to get in touch with me to schedule it. Never received a call back after 7-10 days. When I called the second time, the lady didn’t have any info on file and asked for it again. Gave me the same runaround; “the technician is out on calls and will call you to schedule.” Again, never received a call back. It could be a matter of forgetfulness, but there’s a clear break in their process. It’s also okay

Bill and the guys at Select Air Conditioning and Heating are my goto for service and maintenance. I’ve had them out a number of times since we moved here a few years ago. They are always prompt. They are professional and proficient. They keep me informed every step of the way. They always do their best to keep my cost down, give me options with clear cost estimates. My oldest unit went out this spring. Seriously fried. Bearings rattling and smell of burning rubber on the compressor. Bill gave me three estimates and helped me make the best decision for our situation. Then we had a severe thunderstorm

After I was told my heating and AC unit need to be replaced at the cost of $18,000. I called Bill at Select and he checked out the unit and made some fine adjustments and told me my unit was good. Always pays to get a second opinion. I will use Bill again. Fair and Honest.

Everyone knows Texas summers can be hot and uncomfortable without A/C. I have had experiences with more than one HVAC service technician with various ethical philosophies. Having a good, dependable HVAC service tech is one of those 'must haves' in Texas. Once you do find one, you don't tell anyone.
Since I'm no longer residing in the Dallas area, I can give out one of my best kept secrets - Select A/C! Billy is simply phenomenal. Select A/C is extremely fair with their pricing. I always felt like I was receiving a very fair rate for the amount of work being performed

In the midst of the hotest summer in North Texas, the worse thing imaginable happened. Our air conditioner went out. We called Select Air Conditioning to come out and look at it, yes it was on a Sunday!!! Billy came right out and checked it out for us. He was very knowledgeable on what the issue was and we were up and running in no time!!! Great Customer Service!!!!

Select Air Conditioning and Heating took great care of us! The technician was polite and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained all my options for the repairs. He took me to the equipment and showed me the exact problem. They provided fast response time even during upper 90 degree heat. They are and will continue to be the only company we call for heating and air repairs!
