My AC recently died after a power surge. I called Ricky but he was on a road trip for a family emergency. He pulled over and personally helped me diagnose the problem over the phone. He then called one of his associates to come over and replace the thermostat, fried by the surge, with a state-of-the-art ecobee model that I can now control from my phone, wherever I am!
Ricky has been my family's go-to for AC service for 15+ years. He was referred by a friend and we've gladly referred him to others ourselves

We have a home warranty through AHS; affordable has been on our property two times and both experiences have been bad. The most recent time was today. We made the request yesterday first thing in the morning. They did came today, which made us hopeful it’d be fixed today. Affordable uses this tracking app to let you know the technicians arrival time which is nice, but not enough to make up for the poor service. The feels like temperature today is 110 & we already stayed one night without AC. When they arrived we had a wasp nest on the underside (by the hose) of the unit and we were willing to
