This is my first review for The Camera Guys, but I have used them 3 times and each time has been a positive experience. I had a complete surround exterior security system installed at my previous home a few years ago, then at my current home at the beginning of this year. After some home renovations, two of the cameras had to be removed and a new area required coverage. This company is the best. We would recommend them to anyone. They put in our camera system a few years back and it's been perfect until I managed to break the cable running to the monitor. When I talked with them, they came out right away. (We were all wearing masks for safety). I had done a poor job of describing the problem and he didn't have the right equipment to repair it. I installed a new modem/router combo. I needed to update my security cameras to the new router as well. I contacted Al at The Camera Guys. (They had installed our Security Cameras) Mike was scheduled to come out and assist us. He was on time and actually called to asked if he could come earlier that scheduled. Mike arrived and as usual was friendly and professional. He was very Covid conscious was masked and practiced social distancing while helping us install the updates. In 2016 I had 4 cameras installed for roughly $2,000. Yes it's a bit much but the cameras haven't failed me yet. My only complaint is that program is not user friendly. If you need help with setting up on your new devices you have to pay for a service call to have the camera guys help with that, which will have to be scheduled into their busy schedule.

These guys are great! I chose them to install security cameras on the perimeter of my home four years ago. I was impressed then with their knowledge, expertise, and honesty. The install went well and the cameras have worked flawlessly since that time. Recently, however, I changed my router which caused the NVR box to lose its settings rendering the viewing app unusable. These guys are the absolute best. I had 2 quotes from "Camera Companies" come to my business and give me quotes. First of all I knew more about the cameras and technology than they did, and the prices were insanely high. My cameras stopped working and one phone call to the camera guys at 7pm at night they had Mike there the next day... he went out of his way to make sure our system was back up and running immediately! He even called the next day to check up and make sure everything is okay! Anytime I have called for any questions he answers right away even in his off time while at home he was still doing anything he could to help me!! I highly recommend this company!!

We have been using Camera Guys for over 2 year's now to service all our gas stations in Northern California, We can not say enough good things about them. With most companies we used the past they will always be prompt on the big ticket jobs and when it comes to warranty repairs or small add-ons they always seem to not be a priority but Camera Guys treats every job the same big or small. LTS CONNECT SUCKS!! Installed by Mike no playback on one out 4 cameras. They can't figure out why. They (with LTS SanFo office) even tried checking my pc settings via team vIewer but no fix. They also tried logging and access my LTS connect app account using my phone number and check the settings but still no fix. So Mike ended up blaming my iPhone 11 Pro Max under Verizon for no playback. He's yelling at me over the phone coz this issue can't be fix. My cameras are still under warranty.

The guys installed cameras around my house. One they mounted too low. They did not ask me where I wanted it.
Two they screwed up the time on the cameras. I called them to come and fix it, and the office manager, Al stated to called the camera brand people. They would not come out to fix the problem. They did come to raise one of the cameras and wanted to charge me $155.00 which took them about fifteen minutes to raise the camera. They should have asked where I wanted it to begin with. Listen, I'll admit I'm not the easiest person to please :-) But when I saw Matthew took care of us today He did that!!! Matthew made sure we had up to date cameras so much so he went to the store to be sure what we purchased would do the job. Then stayed way later because it was one of our busiest days at the Church and it's All done and just Exactly what we needed this is just the beginning of a lasting friendship and spreading the news to Everyone The Camera Guys are the one and affordable

When I called the people are very cool and friendly, was transferred over to Matthew and spoke about my current problem I'm having with a previous hack job install from another person.

Previously had a camera system installed by another person and it was a total hack job, exposed visible wires everywhere outside, poor location of the NVR, poor monitor location, basically just a nightmare install that made me want to rip it out and have it redone by a real professional.

Decided to contact the camera guys to see if they could help me out with reinstalling and fixing this other guys mess.

I like these guys! We recently engaged them to install a security camera system on the exterior of our building. They were beyond helpful and knowledgeable. The equipment we specified was efficiently installed and unlike many small businesses, every time I call them during business hours someone answers the phone..super helpful when I needed tutored about how to use the system capabilities. I'm pleased and recommend them without reservation.

I was impressed when the camera guys sent me a quote that used google earth, when we did the walk through we changed up a few things that were not obvious from above, and were able to set an installation date the following week!

I had an existing security camera system in place, which I self-installed. But I wanted to place two more cameras at locations which require hard-wire connections into the house. It was something beyond my expertise since the wires need to go from above my garage door to my 2nd floor office.
