Bright Home Services is great; I highly recommend! We were notified by our carrier that our insurance would be dropped if we did not have a monitored smoke sensor added to our alarm. We called them for an appointment; they sent a technician that afternoon who installed our new security alarm and smoke sensors, and emailed us the certification form we need for our insurance. All in one day! The technician was friendly and professional, and great with my inquisitive 7 year old son.

I had the man come and sold me the camera for my mobile home I have called Daniel never does he keep his word someone stold a air compressor in my driveway I ask him if he could help me with the dvr .he said he would be able to come by the next day no show I called him 2 days later he told me his mom was in the hospital he told me he would come by the house in two days no show so I called him 4 days later he told me he had covid 3 weeks later I called him he was on vacation in Hawaii he did call me about getting soler pannals now he will not answer my calls at all now I have called the office but

We were looking to upgrade our 12 year old home security cameras. Interviewed 4 companies, all of who submitted reasonable offers, but selected Bright Home Services based upon the more complete package that was offered. John, the installer is very skilled and we could not have asked for a better person to do that. He worked late into the night such that we were exhausted when he explained our new system, but Jesse sent him back our for a refresher and we feel totally competent now! Would recommend this company without hesitation.

We had put off getting security for our home for a long time, but decided to look into it. We reached out to two services, one being Bright Home Services. Jesse from Bright Home got back to us right away and set up an appointment for the next day. The other vendor never returned our call! I had such a pleasant experience with Jesse explaining the home security system. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about his product. He contacted me within 3 minutes of me picking his company on Angie’s List and arrived at my home within 2 hours. Jessie at Bright Homes Services came to our rescue after our master panel box stopped working. We called several alarm companies and either they did not call back or were not interested in helping us with the repairs. So thankful that We found Bright Homes Services. Bright Home Services was awesome. Met with Jesse and went over an entire plan for installing and monitoring an alarm on my home, as well as putting in security cameras. The technician that came out, John, was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and knew his stuff very well. Ran across minor problems which he was able to resolve in a very short amount of time. Additionally John provided me with information that not only help me now but will help me in the future when I upgrade or change my system. I've used a number of alarm companies over the years and Bright Home Services has to be one of the best! From the initial consultation with Jesse, to the final install by Johnny the entire process was professional, timely and stress free. The couple very minor issues we had (at no fault of Bright) were addressed immediately and resolved promptly. Their follow up service is impeccable and they are readily available to answer any questions that may arise. All around a great company providing great service at extremely reasonable prices!!
