Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness
Gave estimate in October and gave them the go ahead; beginning of April called back to see where we were on list; said 4 weeks. Called back after 6 weeks. Hired someone else; then the same day they said they could do it the next day. Unresponsive.

We had a big Red Oak tree removed and Althusser came over laid plywood down on the yard after it was cut down they cleaned up the mess ground out the stump put down dirt and now I have Avery nice flower bed in its place. I would highly recommend them. They do an excellent job.
