We use common shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS & USPS for most all ground orders. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you placed your order online, you can also login to your account to view your order status and retrieve the tracking information.

Called Starfire Direct and described what we needed for a direct natural gas conversion of our wood burning vented fireplace. All other companies told us that our interior dimensions would not allow a See Through vented solution . Steven Kinsey said he would find a unit to fit and accomplished the task in 3 days. A width of 19” is very difficult to accommodate a fully compatible on demand remote controlled pilot, only found in the Rasmussen series of inserts. Steven really saved us from a potentially very expensive conversion.

Having a custom home built in the same area as Starfire Direct so we were pleased to be able to actually go into the shop to order a fireplace-insert. Met with the "fireplace expert" Mitchell and discussed the new construction. We chose the Jade Linear series. First, we understand the current shipping issues hence delays but Mitchell assured us this model was "in stock" and as they post on the website, 2-3 weeks. It took over 6 weeks which delayed the framing and drywall stages of the construction. This was not the worst of the problem, when the unit finally arrived, it did not include the trim

When we ordered our firepit, it was scheduled to arrive Nov. 19. We were delighted when we received in late October instead. The pit was everything we'd hoped! but... the value regulator key was missing. Amelia King in Starfire customer service responded to my email within 24 hours and had a key on the way to us right away. The package arrived empty (?) so I contacted Amelia, again, and she ordered another key which arrived without problem a week later.

Incredible customer service and support! I originally purchased a burner and lines along with a valve to build my own fire pit. After I received it I determined it was way to small. I emailed their support email address and was contacted by Steven Kinsey. Steven actually gave me a call and I explained what I was trying to do and he asked me all the right questions. I was going to buy a much larger burner than would work with my natural gas line could supply resulting in a poor flame. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK because if something goes wrong with your fire pit while using it as a fire pit, Starfire Direct will not fix or replace it. But don't worry, they would be happy for you to pay them for another one!

This is not a joke. That is actually what happened. I purchased a beautiful fire pit while re-doing my backyard. No one said anything about the finish on my FIRE pit not actually being able to withstand the FIRE it creates.

Promised me they looked at it and set it aside. Chafed me $700 that day. 14 days later, no word from customer service. No email. No call. Starfire Direct has the absolute best customer service we've found. Shopped many local and online stores during covid and were given 3-4 month wait for products. Though their website indicated in-stock products could be 2 week delivery, I called and spoke to Mitchell who ensured me the products were in stock. I've always loved what Starfire Direct has to offer for outdoor living. They have a huge selection of fire pits / grills ....pretty much anything you could imagine to turn your backyard into an outdoor oasis. Ordered lovely copper fire table 7 Sep with estimated 5-8 weeks to ship.

Started calling and emailing at week 9. Chat help said they would have someone call me. No call. They said they had to talk to the fabricator. I started calling them and they told me to call Baruch directly. I called and called and finally he got back to me. Said he had confirmed table would ship last week at the end of 11 weeks. Bummer, but hey it's a beautiful piece and it's COVID so delays are to be expected.

I had ordered some small quantities (relatively to normal orders I suspect) of several colors...Didn't reflect their pictured product...perhaps that is why the deficiencies showed so dramatically....maybe , maybe not...

I purchased a fire pit online through Starfire and was told it would be delivered in 3-4 weeks. It's now 4.5 months later and I've heard nothing from Starfire. I paid in full in March and have called and emailed the company numerous times, only to receive the runaround and estimated shipment dates that never happened. They are simply a middleman with no control over or communication with their manufacturers. They simply point the finger at the manufacturer and blame them for any issues after taking your money. Once you connect with the people at Starfire Direct you will find that you no longer have to investigate other companies. Their customer service is second to none. They not only have the knowledge and tools to provide you with what you want, but more importantly, they have the desire to please you. We have been dealing with Starfire for the last number of years on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed.

Disappointing experience. I ordered a fire ring and it didn't ship for a while, so I called them to get the status. He said they have the product in the warehouse and that they were just behind in getting out the orders. Steven said that if I wanted to will call it they would get it ready, but I said to just ship it, since he committed that it would arrive on Friday at the latest. When I called the following week they said that it shipped to other online orders ahead of me and that I'd have to wait about 10 more days for the next shipment. Direct to you; goods that come from other manufacturers; Starfire Direct does not stand by their sales, but blame others for mistakes. After returning the umbrellas I was led to believe were manufactured in the USA or Canada(actually made in China), I only got a 77% refund due to steep restocking and shipping charges. I wrote to the CEO, who denied my refund request. I believe this company and all online companies should be required to publish where the products are manufactured and assembled.

I ordered a commercial 9' ShadeMaker cantilever umbrella for our home in Hermosa Beach from Starfire online. Was a fairly big investment so I was a little worried about ordering sight unseen. The next day a lady called and let me know I needed an extra steel plate for the base to ensure the umbrella was properly anchored. Delivery took about 25 days, and the delivery company actually carried the (very large and extremely heavy) package down to my garage. Everything was in good condition, and with a little bit of effort we managed to get both steel plates and the umbrella to the top deck

I am very happy with the burner kit I have purchased. I ordered a 12" H burner and it fits just the way I wanted it to. I completed my fireplace makeover project with ease. I watched the youtube video they provided and it made this project so easy. I would have never even attempted this until I saw how easy the video made it look. I recommend buying the kit because Lowes and Home Depot may not have the exact parts you need for this. I LOVE IT! Just in time for the holidays.
