The workers were very knowledgeable about the job that they were doing. Project was done in one day which was really great. Arrived on time Monday for demolition. (Ricky & Alex) Took down old lattice patio cover, pillars, etc. Were extra cautious removing support pillars (we have stained stamped concrete). Swept and shopvacc'd so no filings, or stray nails. Tuesday, on time arrival. Professional craftsmen who knew what they were doing. H-columns (included) were positioned over the old pillar spots, fan installed, lights installed. It took them nearly 8 uninterrupted hours in 105" heat. Detail work exceptional. Matched the piping, box and switches to the color of the patio material- filled all the small drill holes,

Southern California Patio Covers installed my patio cover but I wish we would have used GreenBee. Over years of backyard football games we lost some end caps and others were loose. When I called to have it repaired, SCP told me that they don't carry or sell individual parts and couldn't do anything about it. I contacted GreenBee and they were so helpful! Great work done by the crew. But do to Covid it took 2 months from my appointment to the time they arrived to do the project. Also, if you get a permit it will take additional days for the job to actually be completed. I still have loose wires hanging because the project was completed Thursday, the inspector came Friday. Now, I'm waiting on someone from Greenbee to cover the wiring from the ceiling fan lights and ceiling lights.

So we had been looking to replace an existing cover for several weeks. Most patio cover places were busy or wanted to give an expensive estimate over the phone. GreenBee actually was really quick to send someone to our house and make several recommendations as to what we were trying to accomplish. I really appreciate that some of the recommendations were how to save money and reduce the cost of the patio cover. All I have to say is wow! Luis and his crew have been nothing but great even through this crazy COVID time. They were backed up on product because of shipment issues but as soon as they got our product it was put in the next day! His crew was quick, friendly, and my patio cover looks beautiful! I was totally impressed with the final outcome of my patio cover. The two Green Bee employees that completed my install were truly professional and finished before the time estimated. They cleaned the worksite and very respectable. I will recommend Green Bee to all my friends and family.

They scheduled an estimate right away, showed up on time, was nicely dressed and polite. I chose Greenbee over 3 other companies even though the other 3 quotes were lower (by almost $1,000) based on the estimate visit and they use Duralum as opposed to other inferior products. They actually were able to install my patio cover 1 day early. It was finished and cleaned up in 1 day as promised. The owner Luis is so courteous and accommodating. The receptionist is always very nice. They have great communication and do a wonderful job with the presentation. After speaking with about 4 other companies, we had to go with Luis's company! We haven't even have it installed yet, but they do all the leg work to get me the plans for the HOA and get the permit and have inspectors out for you. Just wonderful all around.
