Called to have the septic tank pumped. They were very professional on the phone and in person, hence the 2 star. Ultimately, they wanted to charge $600 to pump a 1,000g tank which is almost twice the national average. I paid $71 for them to come out for 15 minutes, which they told me they would charge when I first called. So, $71 to get an overpriced quote that they could have told me on the phone when I called. I am sure this company is great for investigating and repairs but if you just need simple tank pumped out, might want to call some other providers first.

This is the second time we’ve had them come out, not fault of theirs, once for an unclog and second to pump for a sale of the house. the customer service is exceptional! Eric is our tech and is so friendly and honest, would definitely recommend 10/10 times.

Did a great job on installing a sewer line. Vincent did a really good job explaning everything that would take place and covered cost of job...every time my husband and myself stepped outside to see the progress of job...they would stop and talked to us and explain where they were and very patient...metro told them 3 different locations were the tap was and metro was wrong...the guys kept at it and located the tap...i would say yhat was the most difficult part of the job...the guys were professional and i will we will be using them in the future....Beth Meaders

I manage a warehouse that Kevin visited recently. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and had excellent customer service.
As a company, they are very responsive. The technician, Kevin, was sent the same day as our call even though our needs were not an emergency. I also really appreciated that Kevin arrived for the job at the time he said he was going to arrive.

We were having septic tank issues and needed pumping, back washing and a new cover that was custom made. Logan Sankuer came on a timely schedule. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned up when he was done. He was extremely professional and was able to answer all of our questions. He also informed us of some issues with our current 50 year old septic tank and what we can be looking at the in future. I would recommend him highly for any septic needs you might have. In the future if we need anything Logan will be the first one we call. He was great and made pumping our septic tank pleasurable
