My old tank hot water heater gave out and Mike was very responsive and came out immediately to give me a quote. He installed a tankless hot water heater and had to run some extra piping and electrical to install it near where my old tank heater was located. His work is top notch quality work and I'd recommend Mike to anyone looking for quality work!

We could not figure out how to get the fire place, in our new home, turned on. I called Mike and he said he could get by the house the next day. He texted 20 minutes before he arrived, came in and got our Fire Place started. We had removed all the logs, so Mike figured out the arrangements of the logs and the Fire Place looks great.

I started a project to install a new kitchen faucet, but was unable to remove the old faucet. Mike came out on short notice and had the skill and tools necessary to extract the old faucet and install the new one. He also corrected some sloppy plumbing under the sink that was installed by the previous home owner. I highly recommend Suncoast Plumbing and Mike.

Mike is very knowledgeable and professional. I have been using his services since around 2008.I would not keep calling on him if he didn't meet all my expectations. He just finished another great job for me in re-routing plumbing lines in a bathroom that we are remodeling. I haven't had any real emergency issues recently but it is very comforting to know that when I do, Mike always answers his phone and I couldn't be happier with his response times. He has my highest recommendation and I even recommended him to my son recently who hired him to replace a tankless system at his house. Stop your search

I needed to have new faucets, shower head and drain installed in a bathroom and Mike was recommended to me by a friend. He showed up when promised and did a great job. It was a "tricky" situation since my water pipes were in an tight location, but Mike was able to figure out the best way to get the job done.
