Jeremy was fantastic. First large repair on my home and he made it Easier than I could have ever imagined. He put up with my cranky dogs and even played music when showing me the final completed repair. He was easy to be around and I felt comfortable the entire time. Our laundry room had water underneath the floorboards and so I called Rudd Plumbing to figure out what was going on, they got us on the schedule as soon as they could but actually came out the day before since they had some availability, so Adam came out and checked out the valve on the water heater(which turned out to be the problem). Adam was super nice and very knowledgeable and double checked everything just to make sure he identified the problem correctly. Their customer service was amazing!

Working with Rudd for the replacement of our HVAC system was excellent from start to finish. They are great with communication (confirming and reminding of appointments, letting you know when the technician is on the way, etc). They are super responsive; they came out and gave us an estimate almost immediately (due to our emergent need for heat) and were flexible with scheduling. The prices were less or similar to our other estimates, and their customer service is why we chose them. There were no hidden fees and everyone was very upfront.

Found this company on line. Emailed them, they called right away, and scheduled someone to come out asap. They communicated well, showed up on time, explained everything in full detail, AND gave me a goody bag when they left. The two technicians(plumbing) were polite, funny, engaging, and honest. Contacted Rudd to replace a broken water heater that was way past its operating life. Adam promptly came out, assessed the current installation and thoroughly explained what my options were. Josh was super nice, polite, and Showed up on time. Rudd has done an amazing job since day one with replacing out HVAC system and contacting us when it’s time for maintenance and checks. I contacted Rudd when my water heater gave up on life; they were amazing through every step of the process. Adam arrived on time and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in relaying insights and options. He not only got the new water heater installed that day, but also took the time to look at other unrelated issues I was having and offered unbiased advice on all of them. I never once felt like he was trying to sell me on anything. He was genuinely invested in helping & passing along knowledge in a way that made sense. Our air conditioner stopped working late one evening. We called Rudd first thing in the morning and they sent out a technician within an hour. Unfortunately my compressor locked up and needed to be replaced. The cost to replace it was half the cost of a whole new system. We decided it was time to just get a new system and the guys at Rudd had there salesman here in less than an hour to quote us a new system. Once we decided on our new system it was going to be a couple of days before they could install the new system. When there wasn't a technician available to bring us portable AC units to use

I have used Rudd Heating & Air for a few years now. I'm selling my house and the inspector found problems with the a/c. There was a leak in the unit (tape was peeling off) and there was garbage in the drain pan. What the heck? The unit was just serviced by Rudd in March. Now the garbage could have been left there by a subcontractor when the house was built in 2015, but why didn't Hal say anything about it? I'm disappointed.

On multiple occasions I have had issues with my heating & air units at my old house and now at my new house. I always call Rudd Heating & Air because they provide excellent customer service regardless. The receptionist who takes calls and does the scheduling is always friendly and knowledgeable. The technicians, regardless of which one comes out are always professional and identifies / resolves the issues with my units. They show up on time or contact you in advance to notify you if they are running behind. The prices are reasonable and based on some other quotes more competitive than

My 10+ year old HVAC system had a serious refrigerant leak, it was either in the condenser or the evaporator coil. I gathered quotes from five or six companies including Rudd - he was the only technician who noticed my air intake was at risk of starting an explosive fire (a gas line and an electric line ran through it!) - He was also willing to replace only the failing components of my system and keep what worked (the furnace is fine.) - Bill was the most thorough and offered expert work at a good value. He upgraded my system, added a new thermostat, new air intake (no more fire hazard) and worked
