I highly recommend. Prompt and efficient service. Brian, Jr. came out and completely rebuilt the tank on my toilet that had been leaking, even causing my water bill to go up. I had it looked at and adjusted several times , but the leak was apparently in the rim that goes directly into the toilet itself. Brian is pleasant and professional. He left no mess, and the work was completed in 30 minutes. When I first called Pride Plumbing, Rebecca answered the phone promptly, which impressed me. I will very definitely use this company again if their services are need. 5 Stars all the way.

Our experience, start to finish, with Pride Plumbing was really great! They were the only company able to come out the next day, they kindly answered all our questions, even when we called back with more, and Eddie was very professional, informative, and respectful of our property and safety. Our plumbing issue was fixed quickly. Their rates are very reasonable as well. Thank you Pride Plumbing!

After having so many disappointments when I posted things like this in the past on a different page, I trusted this time my neighborhood would provide me with reliable leads so I made a post on OUR social page.
Got a hit in less than 5 minutes. Saw the referred business was local and family owned so called immediately. Immediately picked up. Advised of issue. Communication w/them was flawless and followed through perfectly. Guy came out an hour prior to scheduled time (as receptionist communicated this may happen and would follow up if so) EDUCATED me on the issue and resolved it quickly. Everything

All my Summerville, SC peeps if you ever need a plumber we have used Pride Plumbing Services for a few years now on our house down there. They do not disappoint in customer service, professionalism, punctuality, affordability and options.
While working on getting crawlspace cleaned out/encapsulated we found some leaking pipes and drain. We called end of last week and really needed work done by Tuesday when crawlspace contractors come back. Yes, I know holiday weekend

I had to have all my old copper pipes replaced, an expense I had not planned on. Pride Plumbing came out, looked at everything and gave me a fair price. They arrived right on time and worked SO HARD! Super professional and honest. The worked was completed in one day. Pricing was very fair and they cleaned up beautifully after. I would recommend them to anyone!

I cannot state the extent of happiness with Pride Plumbing. We had a main drain problem that would not allow us to bath, wash clothes, use the dishwasher and limited toiled. Brian responded to my call in about 15 minutes and after telling him the symptoms told me he could be here in under an hour. Even more amazing is he actually showed up quickly. The problem was a tough one but they got it done and to my surprise went above and beyond what I thought they would do as well as sticking to their estimated charge.

Punctual - made two appointments, I was called to advise that they were on their way both times at the appointed times and they were early,
Quality - they are competent and know their trade well( replaced two bathtub spouts, low pressure issue and shower valve).
Found them courteous and people of integrity and did not over charge.

Brian from Pride Plumbing is great. He installed 2 American standard comfort height toilets for my elderly parents at there house. He was quick, efficient, clean and affordable. After dealing with AHS and the plumber (A-American Plumbing) that they sent who never even showed up nor called to let us know he wasn't coming I searched and found Brian with Pride Plumbing. It was truly a blessing that I did. Initially Limric came out and wanted $3,900 for a tankless water heater and install. Brian quoted a price of $2,350 for the same brand water heater and install. You can obviously guess who I went with. Brian was able to have the new water heater installed in 2 hours and was on time and professional. Highly recommend to anyone needing any plumbing needs.

Brian did an excellent job installing my Rheem tankless hot water heater. He was friendly, up front with his services and did not try to up sale additional services.
Before I hired him I asked another plumbing service to install it prior to Brian and they tried to tell me that I should have purchased the tankless hot water heater from them. Besides trying to sell me their how water heater they tried to charge me $1000+ for their services. Go with Brian! You won't regret it!!!
