The tech was very good. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything that he was going to be looking at and doing for us, and even further explained a couple of things just to satisfy my inner nerd. Everything went smoothly and his workmanship was tremendous. He also took extra levels to make sure all things were safe and sanitized which is so important during these times with the virus sweeping everywhere. We had a leak in our second floor bathroom. We called this company to come out on two occasions. The first time, they couldn’t find a leak, even though there was a clear water stain on the ceiling. The second time, they still could not find a leak, but suggested we seal certain parts of the tub as just a guess. Not to mention, they cut a whole in the ceiling to inspect and we had to pay to have the dry wall fixed and a service fee for both visits. The leak continued, and we decided to call another company, who was able to identify the leak within 20 minutes

Called to have running toilet, leaking shower handles and leaking sink repaired. The toilet and the shower handles were repaired. The leaking sink is leaking more than it did before it was repaired. The faucet wasn't leaking but it is now. Also to have the sink repaired, it would be another $755 on top of the $499 l paid to have the running toilet and the shower handles switched out. Do anyone know of a good plumber with reasonable pricing. Mr Rooter is to rich for my pocket. 🙁🙁

I have lived in a few different parts of our country but wherever I go I know I can call Mr Rooter for any plumbing issue. I recently moved in South Carolina and the toilet in my new apartment was clogged from the first day I moved in. So I looked online and when I saw their name I didn't hesitate a second. They guy who came to fix it was very polite, did a very clean work and left not more than 20 min after he had come. The job was done, I was pleased and tipped a lot.

I had been using the same plumber for the last five years - a guy two blocks down from my house. But he recently moved out and when I called him, he said it's too far away from his new location and turned me down. So I did a little search online and Mr Rooter was all over the place with some pretty good feedback. I called them and the technician arrived a few hours later. The issue wasn't something big, just a clogged toilet but still I want to say that I was pleased with the service. The guy who came home was looking very tidy, he was polite and quick. They will definitely be my choice from now
