To maintain clean air quality and the efficient operation of your furnace/AC units, cleanings should be done every 2 to 4 years or as needed. Factors that influence the frequency of cleanings would include having pets, allergies, asthma, recent construction/remodeling, or outdoor pollutants (such as smoke from nearby fires).

I reached out to Dryer Duck on a Sunday through there website about an issue i had cleaning my dryer duck. They responded quickly with a call the following Monday and scheduled an appointment the following week. The communication was fantastic from the Dryer Duck team from the beginning. The service tech contacted me early in the day for my appointment later in the afternoon. Received a call form the scheduler and told me my technician (Michael) was running late due to the weather and ice which was very true. He showed up at 4:15, 45 mins late but still showed up and went straight to work. He

Roland was awesome. Super friendly, professional and prompt. He worked efficiently despite how BAD our vents were. He took some pretty scary photos of all the stuff in our vents at our new house. Made it extra satisfying to pay for this service when you can SEE what got vacuumed out! Highly recommend. Office staff was great to chat with as well. I left a message one evening after business hours and they got back to me as soon as they opened the next day!

The technician, Michael, showed such regard and respect for our home and toward us.

Cam came out to check my dryer vent. He found a squirrel that blocked it. He installed a squirrel cage cover and said it wasn’t even in need of cleaning. He did a quote for gutter cleaning snd heat duct cleaning. The quote is good for a year. I will have this done before winter. He could not have been nicer to deal with.

Great experience! From the first call to set up an appointment for a "free" consultation to have our HVAC ducts and dryer duct cleaned this company treated me sooo professionally. Email updates on rate, appt date and technician info made me feel very comfortable that I chose Dryer Ducks. I received a reminder email day before appt & a txt letting me know technician was on his way. He was hard working and professional and showed us numerous photos before & after of our ducts. Mike was SO professional and courteous and CLEARLY cares about doing a great job. I've already recommended Dryer Ducks to several people. Honest company and INCREDIBLE service! We had our dryer vents serviced and then the whole house HVAC. Tiffany, the scheduler, is unbelievably good at communicating and explaining everything and they do so much follow up - it's really nice to see a company work so hard to do things right!
