Outstanding work! Andy was courteous, professional, and very thorough. I got to see before and after pictures of my ducts and he mentioned some things to watch for in the future. He was very patient in answering all my questions and was fun to chat with as well! Highly recommend this locally owned small business. Online booking and straight forward fees made this such an easy and painless process. If you're shopping around, look no further :)

As such, it's exciting to see Andy and his team deliver the level of service, communication, and quality that some people don't expect from a "trade." Our tech Clint was awesome. He was able to come early which was great because what should have been a 3-4 hour job became a 6 hour job. He found a problem in the ducts and went way above and beyond to fix it. He did a great job. I highly recommend this company. They really understand good customer service.

Clint professionally cleaned our air ducts this morning. He was incredibly friendly and professional. He did a nice job explaining the process and left the house clean (wore shoe covers while working in the house). I am extremely satisfied with the service. Don’t waste your time with anyone else...I highly recommend Better Air Spokane!

In an older home and having asthma problems, thorough duct cleaning was a necessity. Better Air Spokane turned out to be the perfect choice for the job. Andy and Clint explained the process as it proceeded, there was minimal distribution to our routine and we couldn’t imagine this being handled any more professionally. Professional, thorough, friendly and Andy is great! So nice to see such a good work ethic. Andy and his assistant Austin took there time and explained as they went. He uses all natural products for disinfecting and he even programmed my furnace for me when he was done 🤗. His prices beat everyone else, and when you call him, he always answers his phone. Impressive! I highly recommend Better Air and I will call Andy again in the future. Thanks guys!
