I was disappointed in the overall service. The leak was close to the toilet since the sink and shower had no blockage. I told him i thought the blockage was in the vent, but he was convinced it was in the toilet. He said it was more expensive to go up on the roof. He spent the next two hours in the bathroom including removing the toilet and did not clear the blockage. Finally he went up on the roof and cleared it in less than 20 minutes. The cost for what should of been a less than an hour job was $275. I'm convinced he ran up the bill on purpose.

Saved the day. Had another co. Come out they came 4 hrs late. Did NOT have a water heater with them when they said they would. And charged us 50.00 just to say they would have to come back the next day. Terrible co !!! Called Bobby's plumbing came out that night charged us half of what the other co. Wanted did the job in 45min and NO service call. Plus couldn't have been a nicer guy. Thank you so much Randy you saved the day!!! 5 grandkids and no hot water. Thank god for good people!!!

I cannot speak highly enough about this company. Their service is beyond par, their prices are excellent and their response time is immaculate. Such a nice group of employees with very competitive pricing but top notch work as well.

I'm very impressed with Bobby's Plumbing! From the initial call I could tell this was a very professional business.The technician Randy arrived on time and got straight to work. He was very quick to replace our old leaky laundry valves and didn't leave any mess! I am glad I have a new go-to plumber as I have gone through a few in the last couple of years. Highly recommend!

We had a leaking toilet in the Master Bath. I called Bobby's Plumbing after a friend suggested them. The last time we had this done, we called Ben Franklin Plumbing and was really unhappy about their business practices. More about that shortly. Anyway, Bobby's guy came out a couple hours ago, replaced the inside parts of the toilet. He got it fixed and added a mechanism that causes a double flush, a welcome alternative to the water saver nightmares. So the toilet is fixed, and I got a bill for $154. Now back to Ben Franklin Plumbing. They did the exact same thing on another bathroom here a month

We had a big problem that couldn't wait til the next day. Called Bobby's plumbing and spoke to John, who was very nice on the phone. He promised someone would get there around 4, and called again to let me know the time exactly. A nice young man showed right on time and discovered the problem and took care of it promptly. He discovered a broken pipe and we will be calling tomorrow to have it fixed.
We are new here so finding help on short notice was amazing. We were very pleased to deal with such prompt, pleasant, professional people.

I’m very happy I trusted my instincts on this one and you should too. Answered my call immediately, polite and respectful admin on the phone. Appointment within 2 days - called late on Friday (4:30pm) and non emergency - they were at my house on Monday at 11:30am. Received a call asking/confirming they were on their way. John was terrific and I appreciated his humor-our drains were slow to drain. All in all, Bobby’s Plumbing operates an honest business, upfront estimates and job expectation. If you need a plumber don’t hesitate for one minute!

I can't say anything bad- from my initial phone call to the service I received. Office was fast with appointment (non emergency) and the technician was fast with his solution (fix). I appreciated his "plumbing humor too". All in all a great experience that I expected to pay a lot more than I did. I hope to not need their services anytime soon but I would not hesitate to call if need be.

On March 9, 2015 Bobby's Plumbing replaced the Moen single-handle shower cartridge (part no. 1222B) in my guest shower. On May 12, the guest shower handle was extremely hard to turn and, before further damage would ensue, I reported the matter to Bobby's Plumbing and scheduled an appointment for the next day.
