Thomas was so Helpful and professional on her service call. I needed a pipe replaced on my hot water heater, the ladies I spoke to in the office were very nice and professional during the calls I had with them. I highly recommend Snyder plumbing! I’m so glad I went with them.

Guy comes out, finds a leak, calls boss seeking advice, complained about having to cut open back of cabinet, gives estimate, we ask told hold for a moment to make a decision, kid goes to truck and leaves. Won't answer phone calls less than 5, 10 and 30 minutes later. We will be hiring his competitor now. The leak was not int he wall like he said, only two connections needed teflon tape and the faucet needed to be replaced. No cutting open the wall as he suggested before he left without communication and no communication from his boss or company in any way.

Snyder Plumbing Vero Beach came out to repair a pipe in my garage with a pinhole leak where the stub up from outside comes through the wall and into the house. The initial service was great, they came out and made the repair in quick service time and the repair looked professional, the price was reasonable and I was a happy customer....
Until a week later I noticed my side yard was flooded and saturated outside and the pipe repair was leaking! I called them right way for a warranty repair and no one answered or called me back 2 days later...I called back and left a voicemail

I highly recommend Snyder Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Our condo building had a fire and we all started from scratch. The rough-in plumbing was in place; however, in addition to installing all my bathtub, toilets, all faucets and trim, shower pan, disposal, and valves, they also had to workaround some tricky situations.
Highly professional; excellent customer service; true punctuality; great follow-up; fair prices; willingness to accommodate the client. They also respected COVID social distancing rules. It was a pleasure to do business with everyone.

I called on a Saturday early afternoon because my sister's Sewer back line was damaged by the lawn maintenance people. When he called me back we were able to go over and meet at my sister's house within 10-15 minutes and he was able to saw off the broken part and put the coupler and the new cap on in less than 10 minutes at a very reasonable price. I was extremely pleased I have dealt with this company in the past and I have never been disappointed.
