Hired this company to water jet his main drain as drain was backing up due to tree roots. They jetted all debris to main sewer drain, not clearing out debris fully. Wrote an estimate for a sewer dig claiming my main sewer is collapsed. My daughters fiancé is a licensed plumber, but does not perform service jobs....why he didn't perform water jet. He came by and put a camera in main drain. Revealed they did not clear all debris and that the main drain was NOT collapsed. Terrible service - provided time slot for service, did not show up and did not call. I called back and 30 minutes later the tech called to say he would be on his way and arrive in 15 minutes. One hour later I called again to ask if the tech was still coming, he said it would be another hour. So essentially they didn't show up on time, lied about being en route, and I told them not to bother. Incredibly unprofessional, would not recommend.

What a joke. Paid them $275 to snake out my floor drain. Said everything was good and wouldn't need to be done for a few years. One month later and I still have water coming up from my floor drains. Called and asked if they would come and fix the problem. They told me I needed to pay again and that it might not work again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Dont waste your money with them. Worst customer service ever

Do not use this company. They will rip you off. They came out because we had some water backing up from a drain in the basement. First they snaked it, then said there was a crack in the drain, then said the concrete had to be broken up, then said there was sludge in the drain and a water bottle in there, which is impossible. Anyway, ended up charging us $3700 for 3 hours of work! We were really naive and trusted the guy. We should have stopped him but the way they kept the ruse going we didint know we were being scammed until it was all over. Shameful to take of advantage of anyone, least of

DONT USE THEM. Had a leak. Came on a sunday to take a look said they would be back the next day. Never showed and didnt answer calls. Waited 7 days for them to come back only to not show up. Then when they finally did they tell us there was too much water under the house and. Couldnt be fixed. Would have to pay more to drain it. They made our situation worse and wouldnt rectify it. Terrible company and terrible service.

The Drain Detectives not only ruined my entire yard but also broke a new existing clean out. They turned around and billed me for the entire amount. I had to leave my house because they didn't fix the problem,.
Needles to say we ended up in court.
I won both in district court and circuit court.
I hired another plumbing company who had my house up and running in a day.
I would never recommend this company not even to my worse enemy.

Had talked to one of the guys over the phone one evening a couple weeks ago while I was having plumbing issues. We had originally decided to do the hydrojetting to get a good clean. Guess if the job isn't big enough, they'll try anything to make more money. Needed a simple snake of the main drain and was told they couldn't open it. This service was $125. They wanted to do a water line snake and camera for $925 or my pipes must've been so bad that I must have a broken pipe in the front yard and that cost is $4500. But don't worry, anything you pay will be credited towards the next bigger job.

Absolutely terrible company. prey on innocent unknowing women try to sell my wife $975 worth of unnecessary work said could not snake drain charged 125 left caps off of drain purposely making a mess had another company come in and do the job in 10 minutes. Drain detective said my lines were collapsed the other company ran a camera through my lines and said there is no collapses spoke with management they said they would give me a credit but would not give me a refund why would I want a credit from a company who couldn't do the job right the first time they do not back their satisfaction guarantee

Had an issue with the toilet leaking. Called them on Sunday to get this resolved. Two guys showed up, put the new ring on the top of the ring that my husband replaced, told us we have an issue with the pipe without even investigating. They spent 10 min here, charged $325. When I asked for the promo of $25 to be applied, he said the promo doesn't work on Sunday's calls but he gave me $60 already. When I asked for the description of charges, he said it is $325. What a joke.Left me an invoice with no description of work and problem unresolved. Told us to wait 48 and then flush the toilet

They knew I was a new homeowner and charged me $300 for a simple drain snaking...When the guy came out he was trying to sell me a bunch of additional things like putting a camera down the drain for a couple hundred dollars as well... I passed. Anyways, I had to get my drain re-snaked again today and I got it done for $95... I told them drain detectives charged me $300, and they laughed and said we've heard that before. They came out on a Saturday- I thought i needed a new seal because the toilet was leaking - they were supposed to tell me what the cost of any repair was before beginning any repair- all I needed was the screws on the toilet to be tightened-he never told me this was all it needed then tightened the screws and charged me an additional $50.00 in addition to the 125.00 trip charge - so it cost me 175.00 to get the problem fixed - he was at my house for 8 min.
I complained about the 50.00 charge to the office manager and it fell on deaf ears - I would never use them again and would suggest any consumer

If you want to be lied to and taken for every penny, give these guys a call! Tell you one thing, but not how things go. Also, have two companies that will not stand by what the other says. Call anybody else!
