About a year and a half ago we had a small window crack right before we went to Disneyland. I called mid coast glass and they fixed my window within a couple hours saving my vacation.
So when it was time to replace some windows, they were the first place I called and I am so glad I did! They did an awesome job! We had them install 2 windows and a sliding glass door. Had to break my window to get in my house. Unfortunately it was a special glass order. They had the glass in and installed in 3 days. They did a great job and they are very nice people to work with. I hope I never have to break a window at my house again, but if I do I know where to go for repairs !

I had them replace a sheet of tempered glass in a fireplace door. Their quote was a bit cheaper than the other glass shop in town, and they seemed a bit more professional over the phone. The glass came back installed in less than the week that they estimated for turn around, and at a couple bucks cheaper than their estimated price. I'll be back.

We called them for an estimate on a major project and a small window. They took a few weeks to mail us an estimate. We called with questions, and to ask them to fix the small window, and they NEVER got back to us. That's not how I would run a business. Got a better estimate with another business who returned our calls and answered our questions.
