Should have looked at the Yelp reviews first. There's a reason these people only have 3 stars. Chris and Kelly, the owners, offered extremely poor customer service. Joyce wasn't much better. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had from a contractor in Santa Maria. Rude and unresponsive. Apparently too busy with commercial customers to bother with individuals. Use Specialty Glass and Mirror instead. Their showroom may not be as nice, but they are fast, professional and responsive, they offer the same products at about the same prices.

I had a great experience with Valley Glass & Mirror in Santa Maria. I left a message and my call was returned the same day. I provided measurements for a specialty glass for a kitchen table. Joyce was very knowledgeable and educated me on a few important factors. Valley Glass was reasonably priced & fast turn around. I was told it would take a 2-3 days and later that day I received a call that the glass top was ready for pick up! If you need a glass top for any of your surfaces, call Valley Glass!

I have to say that I have never been so pleased with a business like today with this company they not only offered the best price but they also had the glass ready for me and delivered same day and didn't make me feel like they were doing me a favor by selling me their product and putting me in their schedule

I went over to Valley Glass to order a wall mirror for my home gym. I was greeted by the owner's mom, who was super sweet. She said everyone was out but she took down my information and someone called me the next day. That person told me that, because they were very busy with commercial work, the didn't have anyone available to install the glass. She gave me a quote, and I asked if that quote included delivery since the glass was too large to fit in my vehicle. She seemed a little put out by my question, but offered to call me back. It's a couple days later and still no call

After many calls to the owner Chris with no call back trying to schedule a replacement glass that was sent to them in July, we finally found out they gave it to the wrong person. Another piece was ordered and brought in. Non apologetic for multiple unanswered phone message unanswered, they held firm on $350.00 to put it in. We found another company that did it for less. I would never use these people, totally unprofessional.

I wanted to share with everyone my positive experience I have had with the Valley Glass team. I have worked with Valley Glass for years to repair & replace windows on our bank owned homes, my personal residence and today they are going to bid a job for a listing I have that has fogged windows. I purchased an older mobile home, and the previous owners had replaced all of the windows except one with new, white vinyl, double-hung type windows. The remaining window was loose, leaky, and didn't lock.
Valley Glass replaced it with two nice white vinyl windows, side-by-side (one unit). It matches the other windows nicely, is much more energy efficient, and they lock securely. The service was great, and the price was competitive. I will definitely call them for any future glass needs!

My experience with Valley Glass has been nothing short of exceptional. Scott was a very nice and knowledgable and professional guy who came out and gave us our quote and explained our options. The price seemed good but we had a second quote from window world to compare. Window world was twice the cost and never did give us the name of their "1500 and 3000" glass options. Not only that but the salesman, knowing we were considering Millgard glass (from VG) told us that Millgard doesn't offer a warrantee when in fact they do, a very good one in fact. My windows and sliders look awesome

We had been broken into and had called Valley Glass to replace the glass that was damaged. 3 weeks later and many phone calls with the answer "I don't know, I will need to call you back" and not getting that call back is very frustrating. Finally, they say they will be at my home from 8:30 am to 9:30 am, that we will be the first in our area. It is now 10:30 am Still waiting. The excuse " He's in Arroyo Grande finishing up and should be there in an hour". Right. The sad thing is that they are the only business around. Attention Anyone that wants to start a business
