Geothermal technology uses the earth's renewable energy, located below the earth's surface to heat and cool your home. A few hundred feet below your home the earth's temperature remains a constant 45 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Wells are drilled around your home at a depth of 250-300 feet. Pipe is then dropped into the holes which creates a loop.
Two of the very first and most important steps when trying to improve indoor air quality is to use the most efficient filters on your equipment and make sure your filters are changed regularly. To find out which filters are the most efficient for your equipment you must first research the MERV rating is on the filters you are using.
A residential generator is installed permanently outside your home and is available in different sizes. After a power outage occurs the generator starts up automatically, usually within 10 seconds, and will continue to provide power to your preselected circuits. A smaller generator will supply plenty of power to your refrigerator, lighting, television, computer and furnace or air conditioner.

I have known Miller Svc Company for twenty seven years and used their service 5 times since 2016. They are always punctual and their technicians are extremely courteous and responsive to the customer’s inquiries. The show respect for the customer’s home but wearing shoe covers (and face masks if asked). Their pricing is very competitive and I have never questioned their quality because they use the best equipment Lennox offers. I will continue to return to their company should the need arise with mine and my daughters HVAC systems. Thanks Miller Service Team!

We purchased a house and the prior homeowner used Miller to replace all the coils in the system. 6 months later the coils had a leak and needed to be replaced under the manufacturers warranty. I got in contact with the customer service rep several times and their only response was that they “were simply too busy to handle it and that I needed to contact another provider”. In reality, they would just rather direct their resources towards more profitable jobs and not honor warranty. Turns out no other provider could/would do the repair under warranty as they did not have original documents to

Terrible customer service - had a necessary repair that could only be performed by them and they refused to help remediate the problem. I asked to speak with the manager with hopes of remediating the situation and customer service refused. Avoid E D Miller Services like the plauge
