To begin they were very professional over the phone. They explained the ac maintenance in a way I could easily understand. They arrived on time and the work was done in a timely fashion. They even solved a problem for me over the phone the next day.

Gilbert was super nice and walked me through how to fix my botched thermostat replacement and I was able to back up and running. Really appreciate his honesty and saving me a service call on a holiday weekend. Will definitely use him in the future.

My A/C broke and they said they’d be able to fix it. They rescheduled on me 5 times, I left work early three of the times to meet them. Incredibly unprofessional and this experience has left me incredibly frustrated. Would not recommend. Find someone else.

After getting multiple quotes that were 2-3x higher than expected, I came across Jade Air and was finally quoted an appropriate (and extremely reasonable) repair price to replace an AC unit. The staff communicated very well and were out installing our new unit immediately. Don't waste your time messing with other big name, little service companies working the metroplex.

I think he got to my place within 20 minutes. Within 30 min he got my AC working! Hallelujah! I will definitely be using his services again!

I scheduled a service maintenance request. Gilbert said service person would be here between 10AM and noon. At 11:45 I called and received a return call within minutes, I was told they had an emergency. They would be here shortly not to leave it would be between 15 minutes maybe an hour or so. Around 2PM I called and was told they were still coming, as if I would wait. I did receive exceptional service from Wolverton Air this morning! You be the judge.

I’ve used these guys to repair my ailing AC every summer and they always come through. I love them. These are really good people who do a good job at a very VERY fair price. They are nice and I can't say enough good things about my experiences with them. This is the second summer in a row that one of my units has decided it doesn't wish to work and Jade Air has come to the rescue. They have found ways to patch my poor old systems together and keep them cooling. You can't ask for much better and I've certainly dealt with much, much worse!

I used Jade Air once last year for an a/c repair and was happy with their service at the time which is where the one star comes in. However, I have now twice since been stood up from them when I made an appointment. They were a no show for replacing a bathroom fan late last year and yesterday for an a/c appointment. I had given them the benefit of doubt but obviously I should have stuck with my initial feeling. I am done with them so good luck if you have an appointment with them.

My AC line outside was frozen over. I called 2 other businesses first (Rescue Air and Dragan). Both companies came and checked out my unit and said my HVAC needed to be replaced for costs ranging between $7000-16,000.
Thank goodness I picked Jade Air for my third, and final estimate. Aric (the owner's nephew) came out and immediately said that the problem was that the connectors needed to be replaced. For under $500, my connectors were replaced, my unit (inside and out) were thoroughly cleaned and serviced, and the Freon was topped off. In addition, Gilbert, the owner, said if I had problems

I had two new units installed, and Gilbert (the owner) took all the time that I wanted to discuss options, pricing, etc. The work was done very quickly and professionally and for a very fair price. Had questions about my older ac unit that still uses the R22 freon. I spoke with Gilbert and he took the time to go over options for my unit and had some good strategies to get me thru the R22 transistion. He even recommended someone closer to get me a better deal. We were heading into a very cold weekend with no heat thanks to our friends at Atmos who weren't able to relight our heating unit after they turned off the gas to do some gas line repairs on the street. After Atmos finally told me "sorry it's your problem" I called Jade. It was late afternoon on Friday and we were sure we'd be spending the weekend freezing.
Nope. Gilbert first offered to come by the house late to see what he could do, but also offered to walk me through a simple process over the phone he thought might fix our problem

I had Jade Air replace an AC that blew in the summer of 2015. They did a great job at that time - it took about 3 days to replace the unit and they actually hand carried my unit to the roof because they couldn't get a crane booked. It was really a 5 star experience.
The reason this is a 3 star review is that I've had some trouble getting them to come out for a routine service of the unit the last 2 years. In 2018, I emailed Chris with no response. I called and scheduled an appointment and no one ever showed up. I called to see what happened and they clearly forgot about it. It got rescheduled

I can't say enough good things about Gilbert with Jade Air! Gilbert informed me that he was a bit outside Jade's service area on a Sunday but offered to help me get my AC unit back up and running over the phone. I sent him a couple of photos, unhooked a few wires, reconnected a few and BAM, my unit fired right up! Gilbert made no compensation for his work, but he was kind enough to refer me to another local company who came out and blew out my drain line for a small fee! I'm back in business thanks to Jade Air! Highly recommended to anyone within their service area! Really

Good experience with Jade so far. I had an old A/C that needed replacing and they were by far the cheapest of any legitimate place. The crew was very professional in terms of preparation, clean up, and actually sticking to the schedule they promised. Chris was my sales rep and was prompt to respond by email and phone.

I have endless good words for the team members and my experience with Jade Air. I am a Realtor in DFW and have made many connections in this industry regarding this matter... I made a hopeless call and they really assisted when I needed it most (A/C WAS OUT)! Their team was efficient, very reasonable and showed up sooner than anticipated. Recently, had an evaporator coil hit the end of its lifespan. It was after 5 pm and I could not get anyone to come to do an assessment. Chris was the only provider willing to come out on such short notice. He was not only knowledgeable but very honest and upfront.
He was able to give me an assessment and provide some freon as a temporary fix. I truly appreciated Chris's efficiency and ability to be a teacher. I would definitely recommend his services!

So, full disclosure, I haven't actually used Jade Air. However, I called to schedule an appointment and they basically walked me through several steps to troubleshoot my problem and self-fix so to speak. I am currently taking Chris' recommendations and praying it works. What I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE is that he could have come out and charged me a fee but he was willing to help me over the phone and lose a service call. THAT tells you about the integrity of this company. I found them on yelp and I just had to submit a review. And if I ever end up having an issue (now or in the future)

I will never use anyone else as long as I live in their service area. This has to be the most ethical / fairly priced / and friendly AC company out there. I have worked with Chris on two different occasions now. Both times he was able to resolve my issues that day. He's a straight shooter, knowledgeable, and very professional. Chris and his partner came out to check out my AC. They quoted me a new unit for $8,000. Luckily, I kept looking around and got the issue fixed for $750.00 The only thing that was wrong was I had a leak in the coil. Plus, the owner had the audacity to call me and try to harass me. And said, that I owed him a curtesy call. LOL Extremely unprofessional!

Twice now I have used Jade Air to come out on short notice after our A/C started blowing warm air in the middle of hot summer months after our normal A/C company told us they would not be able to schedule a service for days. And twice Jade Air were super nice on the phone, came out, fixed the problem, and exceeded our expectations in service, affordability, and quality. We will be using Jade Air moving forward as our regular A/C company because they have done such a wonderful job for us these past two times, and I cannot recommend them enough, whether it's for emergency service, regular checkups
