The team that came out were very professional and got right to work removing windows and prepping the new ones to get them in place. These guys are amazing, I4 windows were completed and everything cleaned up, in 8 hours. Windows are absolutely beautiful and very well made. We can already feel the difference in our home as far as warmth. Definitely recommend this company, Pandawhite for windows!!

I had a good experience with PandaWhite.
We went through with three projects, everything was done good, clean and on time.
I had some issues with my exterior coat painting at the end. I then brought it up to management, two days later it was taken care of!

I am so tired of companies asking me if my "spouse will be here" or if my "husband will be home", when trying to set up an appointment. It is sexist and unacceptable. It is also a red flag that their appointment for an "estimate" will really be a hard sales attempt.
Today, a representative from Pandawhite came by wanting to schedule an estimate to paint my house. I have samples painted all over the side of my house so it is clear I am thinking about repainting. I agreed to schedule an appointment for an estimate tomorrow and was then asked if my husband would be home

My wife and I had considered painting our house for a couple of years but never got around to doing it for ourselves. We ended up getting a free estimate from PandaWhite where they walked us through all of their options and helped us settle on what was best for us. The painters were very nice and we hardly noticed they were there. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I’m new to California just moved out here in April! They sat down with me for about 45 minutes and talk to me about the energy efficient windows and now that I have them they are amazing!! They are not your average company but do an efficient job! Thank you again i couldn’t be happier!

Window installers are AWESOME. They were polite, professional with quality workmanship. The windows installed are BayView line of Monte Verde version of Anlin windows. Very unreliable service - plans made weeks in advance were frequently canceled last minute, and even when they weren’t, the workers hardly showed up on time. Or they’d show up suddenly without any prior warning. Very difficult to schedule around their inconsistency and flakiness.
They’ve had to re-do some of our windows twice now due to mis-measurements on their part.
The nail in the coffin was when they broke part of our wall during an install and left our door wide open when they left.
The windows themselves aren’t anything to write home about, and certainly aren’t worth putting

In my opinion, be careful doing business with Pandawhite.
I signed a contract with them back in February and had to cancel it two days later.
They charged my credit card for a deposit of $1,000 after the contract had been canceled that they still have failed to return, despite repeated attempts requesting the return of the deposit.
I ended up using a different contractor.

Pandawhite completed the painting of the exterior of my home with the Cool Wall Tex Cote. It looks beautiful and very impressed with the product. The stucco walls and the trim on the house look like new and this is a 45 year old house! The project manager and the owner were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I also added in a cement block wall to be stuccoed and painted after the project started and they were able to accommodate the extra work and get it all done together. The workers were quick and experienced and very friendly. Thank you Pandawhite!

I found the rep from the company very easy to deal with, not your typical construction company you deal with everyday. What more can I say? The company is amazing, the product is incredible, the project manager Ian is personable, and the price was affordable! Thank you so much Pandawhite for painting my home :)
