Portland Building worked through this complete exterior and interior renovation on Platte Lake was designed to create a connection between the indoors and out, while making the most of the panoramic Platte Lake views and lush landscape that surround were two key goals of this home's design. The layout of this home was designed closely with the home owner to keep the most frequently used rooms of the home adjacent to the lake.
Portland Building built this complete renovation on Platte Lake, adding an additional floor onto the existing structure. Creating more living, dining, sleeping and multi use space. Not only providing additional space but also giving it a needed face lift of new cultured stone, vinyl siding and shake.
