I have been a customer of Cote’s for almost 20 yrs, and always impressed by how strong their service and customer experience has been. They have grown and never lost that connection to the customer. It is great to see the same service folks year after year as that tells me how good they are to work for and that says a lot. I’ve gotten 2 ac systems installed and never happier. Our service tech was beyond amazing, and helped us with an issue that we could not replicate while he was here (a high pitched screeching noise coming from the bathroom). As a new homeowner, it was extremely nice to have someone so genuinely helpful and patient. He took his time to explain a list of possible causes, explained why these things occur, and gave us some tips on what to look for when the issue appears, which did end up solving our problem. A/C unit replaced. Not only did we have the crew out to do it but at the end of the job one of the ladies stopped by ( I think she said her name was Brooke) and Foster Lanham also stopped by to make sure we were happy.
